| "The Sun Shines on Taxkorgan" is a solo violin work that incorporates strong Tajik folk music materials. It was completed by composer Chen Gang from 1973 to 1976.It took three years from the beginning of the compilation to the completion of the entire work.It is a combination of music material based on Turson Kadir’s "Beautiful Taxkorgan" and "Pamir’s Spring" adapted by Liu Furong.,And also become lifelike in performance techniques, making the work more energetic, and the color changes more vivid. In the 1980 s,Xu Pingxin, the first graduate student of the China Conservatory of Music, under the guidance of his tutor Xiang Zuhua, adapted and transplanted this piece to the Yangqin. As a kind of national stringed instrument, the yangqin has a grainy and flexible tone, which fully expresses the unique timbre of the yangqin. The position of the yangqin in the national musical instrument band is usually in the center of the band, surrounded by other instruments in a C-shape.With its clear and beautiful timbre and a comprehensive and rich range,it occupies a leading and commanding position in the Chinese folk music performance. The Yangqin players should not only pay attention to cultivating their own musical literacy and performance skills, but also pay attention to the use of breath during performance. The accurate use of breath plays a vital role in the coherent movement during performance, and even the emotional statement of the entire music. This thesis will focus on the creative background of the Yangqin solo "Sunshine on Taxkorgan" arranged by Chen Gang and transplanted by Xu Pingxin, the analysis of the introduction and theme, the structure of the repertoire, and the use of breath to provide in-depth analysis for the performance.Theoretical basis. |
