Research On Rural Culture Revitalization Under The Strategic Vision Of Rural Revitalization

With the acceleration of globalization and modernization,as well as the deepening of reform and opening up and urbanization,the national economy has achieved high-quality development,while people’s living standards have also improved significantly.However,compared with the prosperity and development of cities,rural areas have been neglected and marginalized,and their development has lagged behind a little,especially in the spiritual level.For the lack of cultural quality of farmers,the excellent traditional culture in the countryside is gradually disappearing,homesickness has become weak and so on.Rural cultural construction is not synchronized with economic development,can not adapt to the development of The Times,let alone can not meet the expectations of farmers,rural cultural development needs to be promoted in an all-round way.This issue has also received the attention of the CPC Central Committee.In order to solve the problem,the implementation of rural revitalization strategy was proposed in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,and the rural revitalization strategy was formally promulgated in the No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee in 2018.The rural revitalization strategy is an important institutional arrangement for the overall prosperity of rural areas in combination with the current situation of rural development in China.Rural revitalization should not only shape one’s appearance,but also cast one’s soul.The character and function of culture determine that the rural revitalization should be given priority to by culture,and rural culture is the key and foundation of rural revitalization.In this context,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the scientific judgment of "Five Revitalization" and emphasized the importance of rural culture.Rural cultural revitalization,as one of the "five revitalization",can not only boost the overall revitalization of rural areas,but also enhance the degree of civilization of rural society.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,we should fully understand the history and value of rural culture in the development of the whole country,and enrich the cultural connotation of rural revitalization.Rational reflection shows that in reality,rural cultural revitalization has problems such as lagging behind in ideas,lack of talents,poor operation of institutions and mechanisms,insufficient proportion of public cultural services,and weak material foundation.It is necessary to clarify the direction of rural cultural revitalization by consolidating the ideological foundation of rural cultural rejuvenation.Improve the system and mechanism of rural talent development,gather the main force of rural culture revitalization;Activate the endogenous power of rural governance and innovate the governance mode of rural culture revitalization;We will strengthen the interaction and integration of urban and rural cultures and stimulate the revitalization of rural culture.Strengthen the protection and utilization of rural cultural resources to build a solid foundation for rural cultural revitalization;Improve the modern public cultural service system in rural areas,lay a solid foundation for the revitalization of rural culture,and promote the all-round revitalization of rural culture.At present,rural cultural revitalization,as a comprehensive project involving a wide range,with a large number of participants and a relatively complex structure,needs to fully mobilize the participation of the government,farmers and all sectors of society,fully mobilize the favorable factors to serve it,and jointly promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural culture under the strategic vision of rural revitalization.
