A Study On The Method Of Rural Culture Construction From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Implementing the strategy of rural revitalization is the general starting point for doing a good job of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” in the new era.Since the18 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has always emphasized that without the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,there would be no modernization of the entire country.The biggest imbalance in China's development process is the imbalance between urban and rural development,and the biggest deficiency is inadequate rural development.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes the integration of urban and rural development,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to implement the strategy of revitalizing the countryside,and the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has included it as one of the seven strategies that must be firmly implemented in order to successfully build a well-off society.The form of rural vitalization needs to be shaped,the soul of it needs to be built.Rural culture is the soul and “soft power” of rural vitalization.The vitalization of rural culture has brought profound changes to the ways Chinese people work,live,think and act,and also has a great impact on the economic and social development of our country.Promoting the construction of rural culture is conducive to the innovation and development of rural culture,and is more conducive to the realization of rural rejuvenation.At present,there are still some questions in the construction of rural culture in China,and also faces many problems.On the one hand,in the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,some fine folk customs in the countryside are gradually weakening or reducing.Many regions show weakness,sinking,and accompanying village customs.On the other hand,the construction of rural culture is facing difficulties such as weak cultural facilities,lack of cultural talents,and lack of farmers' cultural subject status.The overall state of rural culture cannot meet the requirements of the development of the times,and cannot meet the spiritual and cultural needs of farmers.Therefore,on the basis of accurately graspingthe essential requirements,overall goals and main contents of the rural revitalization strategy,we will face new situations,new problems and new challenges in promoting the construction of rural culture.This article takes the rural revitalization strategy as the topic selection background,combs and analyzes the problems and reasons faced by the rural cultural construction in the new era,and seeks new development ideas for rural cultural construction with a view to rural revitalization.The content of this article mainly includes five parts.The first part is an introduction,explaining the background of the topic and the significance of the research,combing the current status of research at home and abroad,determining the research ideas and methods,and clarifying the focus,difficulties and innovations of the thesis.The second part is the theoretical interpretation of the concept,which clarifies the concept,basic characteristics and basic model of rural culture;the third part is the opportunity and predicament of rural culture construction in the new era.The construction of rural culture in the new era has ushered in unprecedented opportunities,such as high priority by the country;the promotion of quality and efficiency of economic development;the frequency of cultural exchanges;the consistent development of rural education.All these element have provided great opportunities for the cultural development in rural areas.Meanwhile,we are still faced with the insufficiency of rural public cultural services,lack of vitality of rural cultural development,lack of innovative driving force and cultural nourishment in rural cultural construction.The fourth part is the path choice of strengthening rural culture construction in the new era.It consists of the following four aspects: forming a joint effort with the leading power to promote the vitalization of rural culture;building an overpass for participants in cultural construction;facilitating the development of rural culture through the combination of producing and studying;promoting the inheritance and innovation of rural culture on the basis of township.The fifth part elaborates the typical cases in the construction process of Luquan District of Shijiazhuang.
