Glinka was a representative composer of the Russian National Music School in the early19 th century.He successfully combined Russian national music culture with Western music culture.He made great achievements in different music fields and promoted the development of Russian national music art.His music style often takes patriotism and simple national forms as the themes,and insists on the inheritance and innovation of national music,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of Russian national music.This article takes the national character of Glinka’s opera as the topic,combines the current research situation at home and abroad and the background of the times,starts from Glinka’s character background,and specifically analyzes the formation of Glinka’s national character,"Ivan Susanin" and "Ruslan" The nationality of "Liudmila" and the influence and enlightenment of the nationalization of world operas.Focusing on the above problems,the following research work has been carried out on the nationalization of Glinka’s operas:The first chapter gives a brief overview of Glinka and the characteristics of the times of his life,sorts out the different characteristics of Glinka’s creative style in different periods of study,creation,and later years,and briefly summarizes Glinka’s learning advanced composition techniques in the West.The process and the characteristics and historical significance of the creation of national operas laid a theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis of the nationality of Glinka’s operas.The second chapter analyzes the formation of the national character of Glinka’s opera from four aspects: the influence of folk music,creative themes,orchestration,style of work,and cultural blending,and explores Glinka’s understanding and application of the national character of music under the influence of folk music In terms of materials,it adheres to national themes and integrates oriental elements.In terms of orchestration,the traditional opera orchestration and national musical instruments are ingeniously combined.Finally,the integration and absorption of different cultures is completed,which promotes the interaction between nationalization and globalization.The prelude to the development of Russian national opera.The third chapter combines Glinka’s two operas "Ivan Susanin" and "Ruslan and Lyudmila",and analyzes the choice of Glinka’s opera theme from the perspective of the theme of the opera and the ethnic elements in the opera aria The significance of the development of national opera,and at the same time,carried out the research on the recitative,aria and the melody tone,tonality,musical structure,and orchestration of Glinka used in opera arias,and demonstrated from the perspective of his works.Glinka’s contribution to the development of national opera.Chapter 4 expounds the contribution and reference significance of Glinka’s opera to world music from three perspectives of Russia,the West and China.Glinka insists on taking traditional Russian music as the core and drawing on folk music materials to show the unique culture and spirit of the nation It is a model worthy of reference in the development of traditional music in my country.We should clarify the development path of traditional Chinese music,combine traditional music with the development of the times,and create national music in the new era.
