| Land and labor,as the two basic elements of food production, are related to the livelihood of farmers. The multiple functions of cultivated land resources and their conversion are a comprehensive dynamic reflection of family resource endowments, livelihoods, and socio-economic conditions. At present, urbanization is developing rapidly, rural labor is shifting to cities, rural aging is serious, and agricultural labor is scarce;coupled with ecological conversion of farmland, disaster destruction of farmland, and adjustment of agricultural structure, the rice planting area has decreased. The development of land circulation is considered to be an effective model for solving rural land problems, which has transformed cultivated land from independent production by one household to centralized professional production, and to a certain extent promoted the appropriate management of land.In order to ensure the cultivation of rice in the main grain-producing areas,it is also an important agricultural production activity that guarantees the supply of food. The study of this issue has important practical significance. The change in rice planting area will inevitably affect the grain output, preventing the abandonment of arable land from becoming a stable grain sown area in the main grain production area, increasing the output, realizing the basic requirements of increasing agricultural efficiency and increasing the income of farmers, which is important for promoting the regional "grain storage in the land".Extremely important. At present,in order to eliminate abandoned farmland,Ji’an City has issued a number of notices on stabilizing grain production and farmland abandonment, encouraging large-scale agricultural development, and guiding farmers to carry out land transfer in accordance with the law. There is still a lack of research on the actual situation of rice planting under the current land transfer background. The 10 m spatial resolution provided by Sentinel-2 optical remote sensing data can provide a reliable data basis for the development of the above-mentioned research. This paper combines field surveys and farmer interviews to divide farmer households into four types. On this basis, remote sensing interprets the characteristics of rice planting distribution, including the following research content:(1)Based on Sentinel-2 remote sensing image data, through intelligent Comparison of learning algorithms(support vector machine, random forest, neural network, maximum likelihood method)and feature combination to determine the optimal plan for extracting rice planting area;(2)Extend the optimal plan to the entire study area for land transfer background Analysis of the spatial pattern change of rice planting in the Jitai Basin.(3)Based on the development status of land circulation in Taihe County and the investigation and analysis of field farmers, explore the multiple factors that affect land circulation, and analyze the impact of these factors on farmers’ rice planting under the background of these land transfers.the result shows:(1)The support vector machine achieves a higher classification accuracy with an overall classification accuracy of 98.14%.The classification result obtained by combining the combination of spectral characteristics, vegetation index, and red edge index becomes the optimal algorithm for monitoring the dynamic changes of rice fields in hilly and mountainous areas.(2)The development of land circulation in Taihe County has gone through three stages: allowing circulation, zero rent circulation, and accelerated circulation stages. The land transfer market has three characteristics: a single land transfer model,a small scale of transfer land, and a slow development of the land transfer market. However, there are also problems such as irregular land transfer procedures and insufficient mechanisms.(3)The age structure of rural households is aging and cultural literacy is low.The pure-agricultural households have a larger planting scale, and the transfer area and actual farming area are higher than the other three types. The land transfer is mainly carried out in the village, and the form of agreement is an oral agreement.Farmers’ farmland transfer decisions are affected by dual factors from the outside world and farmers’ families.Land transfer in Taihe County affects the rice planting range of farmers by factors such as living environment restrictions, farmers’ family conditions, and the attractiveness of non-agricultural employment.Land circulation in Taihe County is changing from a small-scale production model of independent household operation to a large-scale production model of centralized operation.(4)In 2018,the planting area of rice fields in the Jitai Basin was 522.28 km2,accounting for 2.1% of the land area of the Jitai Basin. The spatial distribution characteristics of paddy fields are generally more in the north, less in the south, more in the middle, and less in the east and west marginal areas. In 2018 and 2020,the rice planting area in the Jitai Basin has changed significantly. The growth of rice planting area is concentrated in the Taihe County-Ji’an County-Jishui County area, mainly distributed in the middle and northeast of the Jitai Basin, while the Jizhou District and Qingyuan The area of paddy fields in the southwest of the basin and the basin is relatively small. The counties with the largest increase in paddy field area are Ji’an County,Anfu County, and Jishui County. |
