Research On "Correction And Guidance Institute" In Northeast China During The Period Of Japanese Puppet

After the outbreak of the Pacific War,in order to maintain the war of aggression,Japan accelerated the plunder of strategic resources in Northeast China.At the same time,they are faced with the increasingly insufficient labor force in the northeast.Beginning in 1943,a new type of institution called "Correction and Guidance Institute" was set up in many places in Northeast China.Named "Correction" and "Guidance",they were actually fascist labor concentration camps,which could not only more conveniently collect the labor force in Northeast China,but also played a certain role in consolidating Japan’s colonial rule.Tens of thousands of people were detained,forced into forced labor,tortured and slaughtered.This paper is divided into five chapters in the main part of the research on "Correction Guidance Institute".The first chapter is the purpose of the establishment of the Japanese puppet "Correction and Guidance Institute".This chapter first introduces this institution and then analyzes its purpose.The primary purpose was to plunder the northeast labor force,and the second was to consolidate the rule.The second chapter is the emergence process of the Japanese puppet "Correction and Guidance Institute".From the establishment of Judicial Correction Bureau to the formulation and promulgation of Correction Law,and then to the emergence of correctional institutions,it is the basic process of its emergence.The third chapter is the actual operation of the Japanese "Correction and Guidance Institute".The contents include the objects and sources of correction,the number of institutions and the number of prisoners,the establishment of institutions and the composition of officials,which involve many aspects of the operation of correction institutions.The fourth chapter is the specific crimes of the Japanese puppet "Correction and Guidance Institute".This chapter focuses on the brutal persecution of correctees,including torture,hard labor,and inhuman ill-treatment,in order to reveal the deceptive and cruel nature of correctional institutions.The fifth chapter is the influence and essence of the Japanese puppet "Correction and Guidance Institute".This chapter will first discuss the disintegration of correctional institutions,and then combine the contents of the previous four chapters to analyze its influence in various aspects,explore its essence,and draw a conclusion.
