With the development of society,Children’s Sports-dance training institution as the main channel to promote Sports-dance has been increasingly admired by the children and parents,as well as In order to promote the sustainability of children’s Sports-dance learning and development of Sports-dance in our country.This paper,studying the motivation types and sustainability factors of children’s dance sport learning,using grounded theory in qualitative research as a research methodology to explore the motivation types and sustainability factors of children’s dance sport,to identify the causes of abandoning,to analyze the multifaceted strategy,to promote the sustainability.This study employed the grounded theory as the research methodology,a total of 90 research samples were collected through the quota sampling method,of which 29 were teachers and 47 were childrens’ parents,14 were childrens.The software are Nvivo11.0 was used to analyze data.The research findings of this study are concluded as below:(1)“Exogenous-effect”,“Intrinsic-interest”,“Self-improvemen t”,“Self-development”,“Pursue-life-quality”,“The Dirties” are included by the Motivation types of children’s participation in Sports-dance at the initial stage.Among the six types,“Exogenous effect”takes the largest proportion,followed by “ Self-improvement ”,“Self-development” and “Intrinsic Interest”,“Pursue-life-quality”and“The Dirties”is the least proportion.(2)Among the “factors that promote learning sustainability”,“External causes” occupy the most important position,followed by“Internal causes”,and finally “Children’s all aspects of growth of benign changes in learning process” Among the “Factors Affecting Learning Persistence and Reasons for Giving Up”,“Internal reasons”occupy the most important position,followed by “Main course study,other interest classes are busy”,“Family reasons”;Finally,“Other external reasons”.(3)Through the foregoing factor analysis,finally,from three aspects of institution operation,teacher guidance and motivation types from the perspective of providing strategies to discuss how to further promote the sustainability of Children’s Sports-dance learning,so as to promote the further development of Sports-dance in China.
