Investigation On Developing Condition And Influencing Factors Of Xi’an City Sports Dance Club Sports Dance

In this paper, based on A + sports dance club, Shilin sports dance club and other 8 sports dance club, the club of sports dance teachers and sports dance students as the research object, using the method of literature, investigation method, mathematical statistics method, logic analysis method from the perspective to understand, analyze the influence factors of Xi’an City, the development of sports dance and sports the dance club development, through the investigation reached the following conclusions:1) the city of Xi’an sports dance club hardware facilities is not perfect, can not fully meet the needs of teachers and students, the old mode of club management, club fee standards, there is a disparity between regions. The lack of supervision and management of the club’s operations department;2) sports dance teacher gender imbalance Xi’an City, the age slants young teachers lack of teaching experience. Cultural degree high but the lack of high level teachers, training and high quality education for the weak;3) the city of Xi’an sports dance club sports dance students the imbalance between men and women, 12-14 years of age is to students, due to objective conditions affect the number of training less, of short duration;4) the city of Xi’an sports dance club sports dance course time is short, the irrationality of curriculum content, no scientific evaluation system.
