| Grammar is a series of language rules,which plays a positive role in language use.Language teaching can’t be separated from grammar teaching,so grammar is definitely the key to language study during the foreign language study.In the traditional grammar teaching class,the deductive method of teaching is always adopted.Teachers mainly analyze the rules on the blackboard and ask students to do lots of exercises so as students can master the grammar rules.During the grammar revision in grade 3,the writer has found that the traditional way of grammar revision takes up lots of time in class,and the final scores are not so ideal because the level of the students is different.What is more,with the reform of education,the College Entrance Examination dose not just focus on the knowledge itself but the competences of using the knowledge.Therefore,the method of grammar teaching should be adjusted to meet the demands of social development.Meanwhile,Micro-lecture is viewed as a new mean of teaching,providing a new direction for the revolution and innovation of teaching.Unfortunately,micro-lecture is not accepted widely by teachers.In the writer’s opinion,micro-lecture is short in time,rich in content and can be watched repeatedly.So students can use it any time after class to solid the knowledge,which is an effective supplement to class teaching.In order to improve the efficiency in grammar revision,the writer associates micro-lecture with grammar revision,and tries to do the experiment of English grammar revision teaching based on micro-lecture.The writer tries to bring up the steps of the teaching design,that is,“the 1+2+3 grammar revision mode”.In this mode,“1” refers to the pre-test before revision;“2” refers to the grammatical structure construction as well as the important and difficult points discussion while revision;“3” means a test,a teacher’s conclusion and a students’ self-reflection after revision.And the writer gives the explanation of how micro-lecture is used in revision teaching by using the adverbial clause as an example,and finds out if this teaching model is effective in improving students’ interest in learning grammar as well as the ability of grammar application.After the research,the write comes to the conclusion that the“1+2+3”grammar revision mode based on micro-lecture can be applied in grammar revision.More specifically,English grammar revision based on micro-lecture is more effective than the traditional way of teaching.It can not only make students more interested and confident in grammar learning,but also enhance students’ ability of grammar application,and finally improve the scores,but also cultivate students’ abilities of self-study and life-long learning. |
