skill of good poetry, good painting and good seal cutting is especially well-known for its work words. Its identity is low,but with the world famous scholars have friends. His works include one volume of perception collection, two volumes of Fu Ding old man’s poems, four volumes of Wu Chang Wu Zhai’s poems, six volumes of Liu Yun Jie Yue An’s poems and five volumes of Wu Chang Wu Zhai’s poems. This paper is mainly based on the overall study of Liu Bingzhao’s "Liuyun jieyuezhen Ci" and "wuchangwuzhai CI Cun",in order to comprehensively and objectively classify and evaluate Liu Bingzhao’s Ci,and determine the significance and value of his Ci in the late Qing Dynasty. At the same time, with the help of Liu Bingzhao’s case study, this paper discusses the integration of Zhexi CI school and Changzhou CI school in the late Qing Dynasty. The first chapter is about Liu Bingzhao’s family background, life and friends.Liu Bingzhao was born in the Liu family of Xiying,Wujin,Changzhou. The imperial examination in his family flourished and he attached great importance to the imperial examination. It’s a pity that Liu Bingzhao’s career has been long and hard.In his youth,he spent most of his time avoiding the war,and in his middle age,he needed to make a living at home,so he lived away all the year round.Although Liu Bingzhao’s official career is not smooth, but in poetry, seal cutting, stone and other aspects,so he has a wide range of friends. He had a close relationship with Zheng Wenzhuo,Jin Wuxiang,Miao Quansun,Xia Suntong,Mao Guangsheng,Tan Xian,Yu Yue,Zhang Mingke,Zuo Yunkui and Jin Shi.The second chapter classifies the themes of Liuyun jieyuezhen Ci and wuchangwuzhai CI.There are 358 words in Liuyun jieyuezhen CI(six volumes)and wuchangwuzhai CI Cun(five volumes). There are chanting words, feeling words, scenery travel words, relatives and friends words, painting words, rich in theme and content. As usual,Liu Bing used personification, dialogue and other techniques to place his personal feelings in Yongwu Ci,so Yongwu CI used to borrow things to express himself. The number of nostalgic words is the largest, with multiple emotions, such as the feeling of missing talent, and the lament of worrying about the country and the people. Most of the travel words in scenery writing are preceded by a small preface, which enriches the content and emotional space of the supplementary words, and expresses the feelings in the heart by the scenery in front of us.The real and moving words of relatives and friends are mainly farewell words and mourning words.Among them, there are the largest number of poems, which reflect the poet’s creative mentality and aesthetic orientation. The third chapter deeply analyzes the artistic characteristics of Liu Bingzhao’s Ci,which is the key chapter of this paper.Liu Bingzhao’s Ci is exquisite, which is praised by people at that time for its emptiness and quality. The first section discusses the use of tones in Liu Bingzhao’s Ci.358 of Liu Bingzhao’s Ci share 126 tones. There are 7 tunes selected more than10 times, and 73 tunes used only once.It can be seen that Liu Bingzhao uses a wide range of tones. In addition,Liu Bingzhao pays attention to the harmony of sound and meaning when composing his Ci,and takes the emotion he wants to express as the main standard for selecting tones and tones,so he pays attention to the musicality of his ci.The second section discusses the characteristics of Liu Bingzhao’s Ci from the perspectives of images and questions at the beginning and end.In Liu Bingzhao’s Ci poems, most of the images related to wandering, homesickness, sadness and other emotions are used to express the lingering and miserable emotions.Secondly, the use of questions at the beginning and the end is also a major feature of Liu Bingzhao’s Ci poems,in which 40 poems begin with questions and 46 poems end with questions. The third section analyzes the use of Allusions in Liu Bingzhao’s Ci.In his Ci,allusions are used both in allusion and diction, most of which are "positive use",followed by "reverse use" and "continuous use".Liu Bingzhao’s diction is natural, without any trace, without a sense of stiff stack. The fourth chapter combs Liu Bingzhao’s CI Activities and thoughts. At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, the trend of association prevailed in the field of CI.Liu Bingzhao participated in many CI societies, such as ouyin CI society,Hanbi CI society,Fengyu CI society, etc.Ouyin CI society had a certain influence in Wuzhong CI circle at that time.Liu Bingzhao accepted the theory of Changzhou CI school in the activities of CI society.Liu Bingzhao’s Ci thought mainly continued the Changzhou CI school’s view of "Bixing sustenance",and established the CI view of "poor CI but backward work" on the basis of "attaching importance to emotion".In the fifth chapter, taking the whole CI circle in the late Qing Dynasty as a whole, the author first discusses the basic features of Daoxian Tongguang CI circle from a macro perspective, and then analyzes the relationship between social development and the evolution of CI style. At the same time,it analyzes the influence of the blending of Zhexi CI school and Changzhou CI school on Liu Bingzhao’s creation and CI theory, and on this basis,it clarifies the value and status of Liu Bingzhao and his Ci in the late Qing Dynasty.Liu Bingzhao is at the confluence of Zhejiang School and Changpai. His Ci has the style of "emptiness" of Zhejiang School, and contains the reality of "sustenance" of Changpai. It is a model for the confluence of Zhejiang School and Changpai. Therefore,Liu Bingzhao and his ci are an important part in the history of Qing CI.
