| Workplace and family are two important areas of husband and wife’s life.With the increase of women’s labor participation rate,husband and wife in the family should not only meet the requirements of work role,but also undertake the responsibility of family role.However,the needs in the field of work and family are often not sequential,so there are often work family conflicts.With the development and change of work characteristics and family structure,and the extensive use of information and communication technology,the conflict and imbalance between work and family of employees are becoming more and more serious.Moreover,the work family conflict of Chinese employees not only has an important impact on personal health and organizational development,but also hinders the implementation of fertility policy and the promotion of gender equality.Therefore,how to formulate targeted conflict intervention measures to improve the effectiveness of reducing individual work family conflict is particularly important for the development of individuals,organizations and society.At the same time,work family conflict is more often than not a simple individual problem.If husband and wife live together in a family,they will inevitably influence and depend on each other.This means that the phenomenon of work family conflict is particularly prominent and more serious in the dual worker families.Therefore,to explore the effective ways to help double working couples alleviate or eliminate the adverse effects of work family conflict has become a hot issue for researchers.In addition,based on the previous studies of work family interface at home and abroad,this study found that the evidence based on the experience of different countries or populations is often inconsistent.The inconsistent empirical findings may be attributed to the lack of understanding of the heterogeneity within the dual worker group.In view of this,this study,after examining the psychometric characteristics of the measurement tools,from the perspective of individual centered research,combined with theoretical literature,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,explores the potential categories,stability and transformation of work family conflicts between dual working couples(1)Both scales showed a single dimension.The eigenvalues of the first comparison residuals of their Rasch principal component analysis are lower than 2.0.Moreover,the infit(output)of all projects were between0.4 and 1.6.The human reliability of Rasch model of each subscale was above 0.8.In addition,the options worked well.There is also no gender dif for the project.The overall quality of the test is generally good,and there is no need to make adjustments,which can provide accurate and objective estimates for the measurement of the level of work family conflict.(2)There are four potential categories: low work family conflict group,husband high wife low work family conflict group,husband low wife high work family conflict group and high work family conflict group.(3)The four potential categories of work family conflict of dual working couples have moderate to high levels of stability,and there is a certain degree of change between different categories,which mainly shows that the "low work family conflict group" and "high work family conflict group" are more stable,the husband high wife low work family conflict group tends to change to the low conflict group,and the husband low wife high work family conflict group tends to change to the low conflict group Whether the conflict between husband and wife or whether they need to take care of their children or whether they need to take care of their children can predict the family conflict.Conclusion: the countermeasures and suggestions of work family conflict should be different according to different types of people.For the two job families with high work family conflict between husband and wife,the intervention of work family conflict between husband and wife should be strengthened.For the families with inconsistent work family conflict between husband and wife,the wife is the more important object of intervention. |
