| Affected by the epidemic,the global education and teaching model has undergone rapid changes,the international Chinese education from offline to online teaching model.In order to make the international Chinese course adapt to the change better and faster,the Chinese teacher volunteers need to pay more attention to their online teaching skills.Therefore,through the questionnaire survey method,the British Council Chinese teachers volunteers as the survey object,to explore.The survey results show that the demand of volunteer teachers for specific online teaching skills,mainly focuses on modern information technology application skills,teaching design and lesson preparation skills,classroom organization and management skills,network teaching resources rational use skills and so on.At the same time,the teaching skills,which are easy to be neglected,are mainly embodied in two aspect language and explanation skills,teaching evaluation and reflection skills.On this basis,the survey results were supplemented by classroom observation and interview.The results show that there are some problems in the training of teaching skills.Due to the lack of formal training programs for online teaching skills and the different requirements of different schools for online teaching content,it is difficult to develop a teaching system that is suitable for all situations.Under this situation,for the new volunteer teachers,the relative lack of online teaching training,teaching practice is more difficult.The need for volunteer teachers to improve their online teaching skills has become intense.To sum up,the volunteer teachers should combine the actual teaching situation,train the necessary online teaching skills from two aspects of subjective individual efforts and support from the objective related organizations,so that the international Chinese education can adapt to the new situation quickly,give full play to the advantages of online teaching to improve the quality of online teaching. |
