| Chinese style fitness dance is the combination of gymnastics,dance and music,which integrates the style characteristics of Chinese national dance on the basis of fitness theory.It is a fitness competition with Chinese traditional characteristics for the purpose of inheriting Chinese national culture.The scoring criteria of complete set of Chinese style fitness dance movements include the quality of movements,the design of movements,the consistency of completed movements,the arrangement of formation,artistic expression,etc,Therefore,the practice of body rhyme and basic posture in dance training can effectively improve the artistic expression of athletes.It is of great significance to apply the content of dance training in the training of Chinese style fitness dance.This study mainly uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,from the characteristics of Chinese style fitness dance project,designs the dance posture training scheme which can improve the artistic expression of Chinese style fitness dance athletes,and provides reference suggestions for improving the artistic expression of Chinese style Fitness Dance Athletes in the field of practice.In this paper,32 students of Aerobics were selected as the experimental objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 16)and control group(n = 16).The experimental group was given dance training,and the control group was given traditional training.The experimental time was 12 weeks,three times a week.The subjects were tested in each stage of the experiment,and the data were paired t-test using spss20.0 statistical software,The results are as follows1)After 12 weeks of dance training,the score of the experimental group’s movement quality in the improvement stage was significantly different from that in the cognition stage(P < 0.01),and that in the consolidation stage was significantly different from that in the improvement stage(P < 0.01);The scores of dance literacy in the experimental group were significantly different in the improvement stage compared with the recognition stage(P < 0.01),and the consolidation and strengthening stage compared with the improvement stage(P < 0.01).2)After 12 weeks of traditional training,there was no significant difference in the score of the control group in the improvement stage compared with the cognition stage(P < 0.06),but there was significant difference in the consolidation and reinforcement stage compared with the improvement stage(P < 0.05);After 12 weeks of traditional training,there was no significant difference in the score of the control group in the improvement stage compared with the understanding stage(P < 0.06),but there was significant difference in the consolidation and strengthening stage compared with the improvement stage(P < 0.05).3)After 12 weeks of experiment,the scores of movement quality and dance accomplishment of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group(P < 0.01).The results are as follows1)The main factors that affect the artistic expression of Chinese style fitness dance are movement quality and dance accomplishment.Among them,the quality of movement includes: the standardization and fluency of movement and the control ability of body posture.Dance literacy includes: facial expression,mastery of dance movement style and body posture.2)In order to improve the artistic expression of Chinese style fitness dance,the dance posture training contents are: technique training,eye training,body training and footwork training.3)The cognitive stage of dance training is mainly to practice basic single movements such as hand shape and hand position,mainly to repeat static exercises.In the improvement stage,the basic single movements will be transferred to combination exercises,and the practice of body rhyme,eyes and posture will be strengthened.In the consolidation and strengthening stage,the training of dance training combination will be strengthened,and the dance training content will be integrated into the combination movements of Dai aerobics.4)Dance training can effectively improve the quality of action,basic action practice can improve the control of single action,action combination practice can improve the fluency and standardization of action,and also can effectively improve dance literacy,body posture practice can better show the posture of action,head and eye and body parts of the action coordination,the use of eyes The changes of eyebrows and facial expressions can express the inner feelings.5)After dance training,students have a new understanding of artistic expression,more confidence in action display,and a strong desire for performance.The recommendations are as follows:1)In the training of Chinese style fitness dance,we should not only strengthen the training of students’ special skills,but also pay attention to the cultivation of students’ artistic expression.We can improve the artistic expression of Chinese style fitness dance through dance posture training.Combined with the characteristics of Chinese style fitness dance,we can give full play to the characteristics and practical value of dance posture training in the design of training contents and training methods,Develop targeted training programs.2)In the process of dance training,we should strengthen the training of basic skills such as hand position,basic steps and body posture,and strengthen the training cycle.At the same time,we should formulate the training content according to the objectives of different stages to improve the actual effect.3)There are some differences between men and women in dance training,so different training methods should be designed.In the training,the differences in movement aesthetics and personality should be emphasized,and different training requirements should be set in the training. |
