In recent years,the development of leisure tourism and beautiful rural construction began under the background of implementing rural revitalization and promoting rural modernization as soon as possible in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party,and has gradually become the mainstream direction of national construction.Nowadays,rural tourism presents explosive growth and has broad development prospects.The strong relevance and drive of rural tourism is destined to make great achievements in rural revitalization.Based on this,the development and development of different models has become a trend,rural tourism is popular,on the one hand,experience rural customs,rural scenery;on the other hand,can improve the life of villagers.Rural unique history and folk culture can be carried forward and passed on through rural tourism,but in order to avoid the possible destruction of local culture,historical sites and rural cultural resources,effective planning should be carried out.Into the modern society,diversified,experiential economic model has come.The traditional tourism mode has gradually failed to meet the growing consumer demand of people,so we should pay more attention to the dual enjoyment of body and mind,and rural life should be paid more attention.Feixi county,as a top 100 county in China,has excellent ecological environment.With its excellent ecological environment and rich natural resources,it has laid a strong agricultural foundation and economic strength.However,the development of rural tourism in Feixi county is still in the primary stage,facing many problems to be solved.Many rural tourism resources have not been developed,especially the historical and cultural resources of Feixi county are not fully excavated.For example,the unique modern Huaijun culture and the "Wei Bao" cultural group in Feixi county have not carried out comprehensive and effective propaganda.Taking the former residence of Liu Mingchuan in Feixi county as an example,this paper takes the development of rural historical and cultural resources as the focus,comprehensively uses various research methods such as literature reference,investigation and practice,combs the problems existing in the development of tourism and cultural resources in Feixi county from both natural and humanistic aspects,and finds the path of sustainable development through the ASEB analysis of project development,and explores the rural cultural tourism in Feixi county The development mode of tourism resources can help Feixi county make full use of rural tourism resources,develop rural tourism,and provide theoretical reference for government decision-making.The development of rural tourism resources in Feixi county is based on clear development ideas and principles;the government is required to strengthen various guarantees,including policy support and financial support,and improve the quality of supporting services;the third is to increase development efforts through the national policy of rural revitalization;the fourth is to tap cultural resources,organize visits by experts and scholars to enrich and upgrade the level of tourism products;and the fifth is to actively introduce outstanding tourism talents and cooperate with management and strong tourism development management teams;Sixth,while developing rural tourism resources,we should pay attention to the protection of natural resources and always keep in mind President Xi’s scientific conclusion that "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".From the perspective of rural revitalization,this study helps Feixi county to clarify rural tourism resources,develop ideas through cultural tourism,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide a reference for government decision-making.
