The Visual Expression Of The Changes In The Folk Culture Of Ji-Zao ——Take The Graduation Work "the History Of Ji-Zao" As An Example

Folk customs are part of people’s life and culture that have been gradually formed in the long history of a country and a nation and continued to repeat and be passed down.They are the cultural totem of a nation that shows the spiritual and cultural features of the nation.As an important part of the Chinese folk customs culture,the folk custom jizao is of vital significance for understanding the living conditions,social connections,thoughts,and emotions of ancient people.However,with the impact of foreign culture and the criticism against traditional feudal superstition and sacrifice,the jizao culture has come to disappear from people’s vision.A series of folk culture forms about jizao culture in Gushi County,Henan Province,including zaoshu,changzao and zaoxi,have also been on the verge of disappearance with the decline in the folk custom Jizao.In this context,how to preserve these traditional folk customs better becomes a new theme of cultural preservation in the new era.As an art form that combines science,education,and real records,documentaries shoulder the heavy duty of preserving and carrying forward traditional folk customs culture.By taking the graduation work The History of Jizao as an example,this paper combines folk customs,TV,films,and other related literature and refers to several excellent Chinese humanistic documentaries.It explores how to combine films with the preservation of folk customs culture so as to better spread the Chinese folk customs culture.The graduation work The History of Jizao mainly gives an account of the changes in the folk culture forms of jizao.This work mainly consists of five chapters,namely the origin of jizao culture,zaoshu,changzao,zaoxi,and inheritance.By taking the form of a documentary,the work records the excavation work on zaoshu and the skills of changzao and zaoxi to make them dynamic images that can be permanently preserved for later generations to learn from.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part gives a conceptual definition of changes in the folk customs culture form of jizao and studies the origin and skills of zaoshu,changzao and zaoxi in Gushi County.The second part makes narrative research on the imaging of changes in the cultural form of jizao.It also studies the narrative strategies by regarding changes in the form of the folk customs culture of jizao as the narrative carrier and starting from the inheritors during the changes in the form of the folk customs culture.The third part introduces the audio-visual strategy for the imaging of changes in the folk customs culture form of jizao and discusses the pre-shooting and pre-production of the imaging of changes in the folk customs.The fourth part gives an account of the imaging of changes in the form of folk customs culture and explores the functions and significance of the documentary.By creating the graduation work The History of Jizao,this paper discovers the production of folk customs documentaries and explores their cultural connotations.The paper is expected to make contributions to the dissemination,inheritance,and preservation of folk customs culture through the creation of the folk customs documentary.
