A Comparative Analysis Of Works And Playing Techniques Of Mendelssohn’s 《Violin Sonata In F Minor》 And 《Violin Sonata In F Major

Mendelssohn created three violin sonatas in his life:《Violin Sonata in F Major》in 1820,olin Sonata in F Minor 》 in 1823 and 《 Violin Sonata in F Major 》in 1838.(Created by Mendelssohn at the age of 11,the first sonata was childish by comparing with the latter two works created during the mature period.Therefore,this paper does not discuss the first sonata but compares and analyzes the latter two works.)《ViBased on actual performance,actual analysis and official performance experience and through referring to domestic and foreign materials,the author analyzes the composer,work backgrounds,harmony,musical forms,and playing skills for comparison.It is hoped that a series of theoretical experience can be summarized through this paper,so as to provide some new thoughts and enlightenment for the scholars who will play Mendelssohn sonatas in the future.
