| George Gershwin is an American musician in the 20 th century and one of the most representative figures in American music in the 20 th century.He skillfully combined American jazz music with classical music,and was the leader of music in the new century at that time."Three preludes" is Gershwin’s piano masterpiece.It is short and vigorous,with its own characteristics,full of rich Jazz flavor.The works include blues,blues,ragtime and other musical elements.It is unique in melody and rhythm characteristics,flexible in performance skills and details.It is very different from the previous classical piano music.Therefore,it has a very high technical level and research value.This paper consists of three parts.The first part introduces George Gershwin’s life and his works of art,as well as the creative background of the three preludes;The second part analyzes the musical characteristics of this work from the analysis of specific Jazz materials and musical forms;In the third part,the author discusses the performance skills and music image of the work according to his own performance.Through the analysis of the music characteristics and performance skills of this work,the people who play this work can have a deeper understanding of Gershwin’s music style,and also provide a certain reference for other piano players. |
