With the improvement of China’s international status and cultural soft power,there are more and more Chinese lovers around the world,and the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language has shown a vigorous development trend.However,the sudden outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in 2020 has caused a considerable impact on the global teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.In this context,the rapid development of online teaching of Chinese as a foreign language has alleviated the impact of the epidemic on the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language to a certain extent,and provided a new way for Chinese lovers around the world to continue learning Chinese.While these online learning platforms are developing rapidly,there are also some problems.As one of the many online teaching platforms,the "Chinese Alliance" online teaching platform also has some problems such as lack of functions and chaotic platform services.How to effectively solve these problems and guide the normal and healthy development of these platforms,so that they can better serve Chinese learners,is the focus of the academic community.On the basis of the existing research,this paper takes the online teaching platform of Chinese as a foreign language "Chinese Alliance" as the research object.Starting from this platform,through investigation and analysis,it explores the development status and existing problems of online teaching of Chinese as a foreign language on this platform.To provide some suggestions for the development of the online teaching platform of Chinese as a foreign language,so as to help the "Chinese Alliance" online teaching platform of Chinese as a foreign language to better serve the teachers of Chinese as a foreign language and Chinese learners.There are five parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background of the thesis,the research status at home and abroad,the research object,the research goal and the research method.The second part is to analyze the current situation of the Confucius Institute and the "Chinese Alliance" platform.The third part is to conduct questionnaires and interviews with three groups of staff,users and professional Chinese language teachers related to the "Chinese Alliance" platform.The current situation of the online teaching platform of "Chinese Alliance" is analyzed from an equal perspective.Based on the survey results of the third part,the fourth part of the thesis analyzes the advantages of the "Chinese Alliance" platform and its problems in website design,teaching content and teaching form.In the fifth part of the thesis,the thesis combines various data information in the previous chapters,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the "Chinese Alliance" online teaching platform for Chinese as a foreign language from the aspects of website pages,curriculum settings,and after-school services.
