Sergei Rachmaninoff is one of the most representative composers of the Russian School of music.His Piano Concerto in C minor is the most popular concerto with the strongest personal style,it has a very high academic status and research value.The first chapter explores and studies the composer’s life,creation background and characteristics,and the analysis of music form.The second and third chapters focus on the technical difficulties and the relationship between piano and band.Based on the author’s years of playing experience,this paper sums up the playing skills of the second Piano Concerto in C minor and how to master them,the purpose is to enable the performer to understand the technical characteristics and spiritual connotation of the work more quickly,so as to further enhance the performance level.
