The Guzheng Concerto "Red Mountain" is a musical work created with Hongshan culture as the background. As a native of Chifeng, the author has deep feelings and pride for Hongshan culture. Therefore,we started to conceive and use the Chinese national musical instrument, the guzheng, which also has a long history,to interpret the historical context of Hongshan culture at different stages, thereby expressing the profound historical heritage of Hongshan culture and its unique cultural charm. This article is divided into three chapters. The first chapter mainly expounds the creative background of the guzheng concerto "Red Mountain".The author learned about the historical context of Hongshan culture through visiting the Chifeng City Museum and the relevant knowledge of Hongshan culture, and then began to create works.According to different historical periods, the author divides the music into five movements: "Sunrise","Jianshou","Jiejie","Nongji" and "Shihe".The title of the first movement is a pun,not only expressing the gradual unveiling of the mystery of Hongshan culture in the slow sunrise, but also expressing that the residents of the primitive society of Hongshan culture began to slowly appear like a newborn sun.The second movement mainly tells that after the continuous development of history, from the primitive society to the Neolithic Age,the residents of Hongshan Culture began to hunt as their production and lifestyle. In the third movement, the sacrificial civilization derived from the continuous progress of thinking and way of life of the residents of Hongshan culture is described. The fourth movement describes the scene of the residents of Hongshan culture who entered the farming civilization and worked daily in the fields. The fifth movement expresses the harmonious scene of the people at the foot of the Red Mountain, bathed in sunshine and enjoying a beautiful life under the correct leadership of the party and the state. The second chapter mainly discusses the creation techniques of the guzheng concerto "Red Mountain".First of all,the theme of the music is conceived according to the image and emotion to be expressed in each movement,so that it can have different styles and better express the musical image to be created by the music.Secondly, the modes and tonality used in the music are expounded.Since the five movements express different situations, there are also differences in the modal tonality. But on the whole, the modes used by the author are mainly divided into two types: the Chinese national pentatonic mode and the twelve-tone sequence. The use of the Chinese national pentatonic can better highlight the national character of the music, while the use of the twelve-tone sequence better renders the overall music atmosphere of the third movement.Again, the author expounds the musical structure of each movement. In "Red Mountain",five types of musical structures are used: sonata form, complex trilogy form, single trilogy form, rondo form and variation form.According to the design of the theme of each movement and the different images to be expressed, the author determines the musical structure of the five movements in turn. Finally, the application of the multi-voice technique is explained. In this part, the author mainly discusses three aspects: harmony, polyphony and orchestration.Harmony mainly uses third-overlapping and non-third-overlapping chords, and off-tone chords are also added in some phrases to add different colors to the music and play a cohesive role. The third chapter mainly discusses the creative significance of the guzheng concerto "Red Mountain".In this chapter, the author mainly expounds from three aspects, that is,the development and inheritance of Chinese folk music, the integration of modern music creation techniques and Chinese traditional musical instruments, and the promotion and development of Hongshan culture.Through this chapter,"Red Mountain" not only shows the core and meaning of this work in a three-dimensional and thorough way,but also in other aspects. In the guzheng concerto "Red Mountain",the author combines the guzheng with the western orchestra, which can not only express the overall musical image by using the unique timbre and playing method of the guzheng, but also make the overall harmony of the work under the blessing of the orchestra. The voice and polyphony are fuller. At the same time, the author combines traditional Chinese musical instruments with modern composition techniques in this work, which is also a bold attempt and hopes to achieve the desired effect. The creation of the guzheng concerto "Red Mountain" is also a groping by the author on the road of music creation.Through the design of each movement, the use of composition techniques and the idea of innovative points,I have gradually accumulated experience, and then laid the foundation for future music creation. |
