Study On The Musical Characteristics And Singing Of Vincenzo Bellini’s Sei Ariette

As The works of Vincenzo Bellini,one of the outstanding Italian opera composers in the early 19 th century,are full of lyrical and elegant melodies,which has influenced many composers of the mid-term romantic school.Therefore,he is also known as one of the "three masters of Bel Canto" in the Romantic period.Twelve opera works of Bellini in his34-year career have made great contributions to the development of Italian opera.Bellini wrote dozens of exquisite and beautiful songs throughout his life while immersing himself in opera creation.There are both tradition and innovation in his creation,which promotes the development of opera and art songs.Sei Ariette is one of the most important representative works of Bellini’s songs and works,which is widely sung.The author of this paper carefully studied and sang Bellini’s work Sei Ariette in graduate school,which has significantly impact on his singing technology and musical literacy.Therefore,according to the analysis of Bellini’s Sei Ariette,this paper will provide a reference for singers to better sing Bellini’s opera works from the perspective of the creative characteristics of each song,the relationship between poetry and music,piano accompaniment,combined with singing practice and theoretical research.
