A Study On The Performance Technique Of Moire Of Mountains-and-waters Painting In The Southern Song Dynasty ——Taking The Painting Named "The Mist Rises Turn Mountains Cloudy In Autumn" As An Example

As the natural creation,moire is composed by misty clouds,which greatly represents the miracle of nature.Particularly in the Mountains-and-Waters Painting,the image of moire has been embodied in almost every painter’s creation in China’s various dynasties.The image of moire could be traced back to pottery pattern.The image of moire was widely used in the paintings,which has become an indispensable aesthetic symbols combined with mountains,waters,tree and stones in China ’ s Mountains-and-Waters Painting.For thousands of years,different pieces have been produced in the writings of countless literary,and then projected on the literary themselves.This study relies on the historical background of Southern Song Dynasty,aiming at analyzing the various aesthetic essence of moire in the particular political landscape,analyzes the painting language of "cloud" image in the landscape painting and the infinite poetic meaning contained in the picture effect,and provides reference significance for the author’s artistic creation.There are four chapters in the study.The first part mainly discussed about the study of the atmosphere creation by the moire image in Mountains-and-Waters Painting in the Southern Song Dynasty.That is moire image and practical expression,moire image and spiritual and physical world,as well as moire image and the vivid beauty.The second chapter mainly analyzed the pictorial techniques in Mountains-and-Waters painting in the Southern Song Dynasty,which could be concluded with three types of techniques,that is draw the outline of cloud,cloud coloration and blank-leaving of cloud.The third part is the critical part.The foggy scenery in Guilin is similar to the clouds in the Jiangnan area in the Southern Song Dynasty landscape paintings.Therefore,the author’s work draws on the expression method of moire in the landscape paintings of the Southern Song Dynasty,and discusses the creative thinking of the creation of it so as to create a poetic landscape picture.It creates an effect that can be expected,lived in and traveled.In the final part,it focuses on the insights and inspirations brought to the author in the creation of the landscape paintings.Under the background of the specific historical era of the Southern Song Dynasty,works should convey the aesthetic emotions of the creative subjects.The development of the moire image in modern and contemporary landscape paintings should also radiate language and forms that are different from the traditional ones.
