On The Expressiveness Of Contemporary Western Landscape Paintings Under Intuition

Intuition,as a way of viewing,affects people’s understanding of the world.Landscape paintings can reflect the artist’s perspective and method of observing nature.Each artist sees the world through his own method and presents his style in his works.Different expressiveness is the core value pursued by contemporary painting artists.The object of this paper is contemporary western landscape painting.As an independent painting category,western landscape painting has obvious expressive characteristics in the continuous development of modern and contemporary art.This is the attitude and thinking of the artist towards the world.The starting point of this research is intuition.Intuition,as a way of viewing,has different differences in different individual artists.Understanding the way artists use intuition is the way and method to expand the understanding of contemporary landscape painting creation and form presentation.The foothold lies in the expressiveness.The expressive landscape painting is different from the traditional landscape painting.The expressiveness not only breaks the unity of the representational painting,but the audience can also feel the artist’s painting theory,iconography,literature and psychology.At the same time,while the artist expresses the feelings of nature,ideals,themes,compositions,colors and philosophy,the expressiveness of landscape paintings far exceeds the depth and connotation conveyed by the objects themselves.It has strong practical and theoretical research significance in terms of artistic creation,commentary and appreciation.Through four parts,the article expounds the expressiveness of contemporary western landscape painting under intuition.The first part discusses intuition as a perspective,examines the origin and evolution of intuition,and then explores how intuition has become a way of viewing and how it is related to landscape painting;the second part presents the evolution history of western landscape painting.It analyzes the expressive tendencies of western landscape paintings,and analyzes the components of the expressiveness of landscape paintings;the third part expounds the characteristics of representative artists’ landscape paintings,the artist’s attitude towards intuition,and the expressiveness of landscape paintings under its influence;fourth Part of it is to try to make an intuitive reflection on the expressiveness of contemporary landscape painting,briefly sort out the changes of Western landscape painting after entering China,and combine personal creation and current landscape painting creation to make reflections.In a word,this paper focuses on intuition and the expressiveness of landscape painting.When discussing the expressiveness of western landscape painting,it finds out the role of intuition in the process of creating landscape painting.At the same time,combined with its own unique artistic practice,it rationally looks at the creation rules of landscape painting,to further broaden the meaning of contemporary landscape painting art,thereby affirming the social significance and historical value of landscape painting.
