Research On The Service Improvement Path Of Yongjia Rural Cultural Auditorium Based On Public Demand

At present,with the prosperity of the country,the needs of the people have also changed.When the material needs are continuously met,spiritual culture has become the most important pursuit of the people.As a rural cultural complex integrating spiritual civilization construction,cultural entertainment and leisure and knowledge transmission,rural cultural auditorium is the main starting point to enhance the soft power of grass-roots culture.In recent years,the rural cultural auditorium in Yongjia County has developed rapidly and become a new coordinate of grass-roots cultural construction,which is favored by the grass-roots people in Yongjia.Nevertheless,the difficulties encountered in the work of Yongjia rural cultural auditorium are obvious to all.There is an imbalance between the service supply of rural cultural auditorium and the public demand.The service supply of rural cultural auditorium unilaterally emphasizes the dominant position of supply,and the balance between supply and demand has not been formed in the process of service supply,which will affect the sustainable development of rural cultural auditorium.In this context,how to optimize the service supply from the perspective of public demand has become a difficult problem that Yongjia government should try its best to solve.This paper takes the rural cultural auditorium as the starting point.Firstly,it collects a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad.On the basis of careful study and summary,it further deepens the understanding and cognition of the related concepts and connotation of rural cultural auditorium.Secondly,on the premise of interview and investigation,this paper studies the current situation of supply and demand of rural cultural auditorium in Yongjia County from the aspects of public demand content,public demand characteristics,rural cultural auditorium service supply content and rural cultural auditorium service supply characteristics,so as to find out the contradiction between supply and demand and existing problems.At present,there are some problems between the service supply of rural cultural auditorium and the public demand,such as imbalance and mismatch between supply and demand,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:first,the service supply is not from the perspective of public demand,and the supply is ineffective or the supply effect is not ideal;Second,the total supply is insufficient,resulting in short supply,and the public cultural demand has not been effectively met;Third,the demand expression of the grass-roots people is not smooth.The "top-down" supply mode of the government for the service supply of rural cultural auditorium makes the grass-roots people lack the initiative and voice of demand expression.Finally,based on the new public management theory,this paper analyzes and summarizes the advanced experience and successful practices of improving the service of rural cultural auditorium at home and abroad,and puts forward feasible suggestions to improve the service supply of rural cultural auditorium in Yongjia County from the perspective of public demand.This paper holds that the construction of rural cultural auditorium in Yongjia County has achieved great results,but the overall satisfaction of service supply is general.In view of the existing problems such as mismatch between supply and demand and imbalance between supply and demand.To improve the service supply level of rural cultural auditorium,we should give consideration to the construction of hardware and software,pay attention to the whole process management of the service supply of rural cultural auditorium,pay attention to the service supply of rural cultural auditorium,take the needs of the grass-roots people as the guide,pay attention to the supply of public cultural services related to the vital interests of the grass-roots people,pay attention to innovating the service supply mechanism of rural cultural auditorium at county and township levels,and grasp the key points of the service supply of rural cultural auditorium,Effectively improve the service supply quality of rural cultural auditorium.
