Research On The Role Of Rural Cultural Auditorium In Longwan District, Wenzhou City In Rural Governance

To realize rural revitalization,efforts should be made not only in industrial optimization and economic development,but also in promoting rural cultural development and cultivating the spiritual world of villagers.Rural cultural auditorium is such a carrier of public cultural service innovation that conforms to the requirements of the times and the needs of farmers.In accordance with the "spiritual home",the rural cultural auditorium has been constructed in Zhejiang Province Since 2013..After years of construction and operation,the cultural auditorium has formed a grass-roots cultural front network covering administrative villages.In terms of participating in rural cultural governance,it has the advantages of strict construction conditions,rich cultural resources,flexible forms of activities,etc.,and plays the functions of carrying out culture and education,constructing rules and order,and shaping values and spirits.Taking rural cultural auditorium as the material and spiritual carrier,carrying out rural social governance has obvious advantages and significance,but it still faces various difficulties and challenges from top-level design to grassroots implementation.How to promote the long-term management of cultural auditorium and reconstruct the spiritual home of farmers is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of rural governance and promote the construction of beautiful countryside.This paper takes the present circumstances of rural cultural auditorium construction and management in Longwan District,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province as the research case,combines the relevant theories of governance and service for public culture,uses the techniques of articles summarize,survey by questionnaire,On the spot interview and other specific research methods,randomly selects 120 villagers as the questionnaire survey objects,and organizes 10 cultural auditorium participants such as villagers and literary volunteers Through on-the-spot interview,this paper studies the governance function of Longwan District Cultural auditorium.It is found that the rural cultural auditorium is faced with the problems of excessive enlargement of government functions,weak initiative of mass participation,low efficiency of grassroots implementation,imperfect auditorium management mechanism,and dramatic changesin rural social transformation.The reasons for the low effectiveness of cultural auditorium in rural governance lie in the fact that the absolute authority and excessive intervention of the government limit the governance function of the auditorium,the cultural will and subjectivity of villagers are covered,the participation of the masses in governance is weakened,the gap between cadres and the masses at the grass-roots level and the lack of motivation restrict the implementation and effectiveness of governance activities,and the element guarantee and long-term management mechanism of cultural auditorium are lacking The low efficiency of the governance of cultural auditorium,the contradictions and conflicts in the development and transformation of urban and rural areas bring new challenges to rural governance.Based on the analysis of the difficulties and causes of cultural auditorium in the process of playing its role in rural governance,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as building an open participation system of cultural auditorium,stimulating the endogenous vitality and power of rural culture,reconstructing the network and environment of rural cultural governance,improving the long-term management mechanism of rural cultural auditorium,and exploring the path and thinking of rural governance in the new era,In order to improve the effect of cultural auditorium in rural governance to a certain extent,it will contribute to the construction of beautiful countryside and the modernization of rural social governance.
