| Khoomei is a unique singing art that one singer utters two simultaneous voice parts.In 1985,ethnomusicologist Moerjihu found Khoomei(Haolinchaoer)in Xinjiang.Early 90 s,Aodusurong,Mongolia’s Khoomei artist,instructed Chinese people in singing Khoomei,and in the early 21 st century,Tuva Khoomei artist Aldar Tamdyn taught Khoomei in China.The author reviews and analyzes the historical process to clarify the rise and development of Khoomei in China.In the second part,the author focus on the teaching model and inheritance mechanism of Chinese Khoomei taking Inner Mongolia Arts University as an example,and studies promoting effect of state power and great significance of teaching inheritance practice on Khoomei development,thus explores background reasons,academic achievement and iconic event behind the establishment process of Chinese Khoomei.In the third part,the author introduced the breath and acoustic techniques of Khoomei,proposes the view of classification,and analyzes aesthetic musical concept of contemporary Khoomei combining timbre with pitch.In the final,taking National Arts Fund project report concert and the author’s personal Khoomei concert as examples,the author researches the stage performance style,characteristics,developing trend and the impact on individual performers in China from the perspective of stage performance ptactice. |
