Research On The ERP Test Of Episodic Memory And Semantic Memory Has The Evaluating Effect On The Case Relevance Abstract

Aim: By analyzing the case stakeholders and the innocent people(this study will be limited to information through the way such as text read to understand the case informed)innocent people caused by the different memory types of case information of ERP difference,comparing both under a honest reaction and deception cases related to problem has nothing to do with the waveform,to study of episodic memory and semantic memory information ERP detection to the relevance evaluation of influence and role,on the basis of whether tested people associated with the case.Method: 30 students subjects,with an average age of 24 years old,participants were randomly divided into two groups: a group in episodic memory experiment program,another group to participate in semantic memory experiment program.This study used 2 / semantic memory(memory type: picture memory)x 2(reaction types: honest reaction/cheating)x 2(stimulus types: case related problem has nothing to do/case)of the three factors mixed design.The memory type for factors between groups,reaction type and stimulating type as factors in the group.Stimulus presentation the Go-Nogo experimental paradigm,case has nothing to do relevant stimuli and stimulate the equal probability.Eeg data collection using a Neuroscan company production of 64 guide ERP brain all,after overlay analysis processing.Result: from the point of behavioral data,episodic memory and semantic memory group on reaction time difference reached significant level,and cheat when under the condition of reaction is significantly longer than honest response;Episodic memory and semantic memory group,there is no significant difference in accuracy.Eeg results show that the episodic memory and semantic memory group around 100 ms wave separation,semantic memory group of waveform more negative;Within the group at the same time cheat response waveform more positive than honest response waveform,amplitude is higher;Episodic memory group of deception waveform and honest reaction around 300 ms can be separated,and the semantic memory group separation happened in 350-400 ms.Group and episodic memory waveforms under different reaction conditions of separation degree is higher than the set of semantic memory,episodic memory set of honest reaction and deception amplitude rate is higher than semantic memory.Conclusion: 1.The reaction time can be a effective index to distinguish independent-and informed the innocent,and the person test make honest reaction or the reaction way deceive;But the precision can’t achieve such effect.(2)based on average amplitude index can effectively distinguish-and informed the innocent,the volatility of the rate as the reliability of the effective indicators need to be further discussed.3.The details of a case of stakeholders waveform is more positive than informed the innocent,composition difference is that the case stakeholders in cheating will induce the P1,and informed the innocent on the honesty or deceive reaction is induced into N1.
