Research On The Supervision Of The "Two Committees" Members Of Village L Area W City

At present,China is in a decisive and final war against poverty,and the role of the " "Two Committee " Members in rural affairs management is increasingly prominent.Whether they could carry out the work honestly or not matters the overall situation of political and ecological development in rural areas.District L of city W is a typical agricultural area.In recent years,there have been many innovative measures to strengthen the supervision of the village "Two Committees" Members.In this province,a list of small and micro powers has been established and a network platform for village affairs open network has been explored.This article is trying to supervisory system reform background,in the perspective of discipline inspection organs at the grass-roots level,combining with the supervision practice of the typical cases of L area village,the members of the "two committees" supervision were analyzed,and points out some problems in the pilot work innovation and defects,such as the villagers lack of supervision,the village will be inadequate supervision and soft,and village affairs,the party committee government supervision and main body of accountability,oversight collude with the interests of both sides,"three-capital" management chaos,discipline inspection departments supervision and accountability are not precise and daily supervision does not reach the designated position,enforcement supervision effect is poor,In addition,there are still some problems such as insufficient warning function of duty crime cases,slow update of information,insufficient role of "Internet+supervision",lack of incentive system,and insufficient synergy of the main body.In this regard,this paper puts forward suggestions from several aspects,such as strengthening democratic supervision,giving full play to the main responsibility of the township Party Committees and governments,reinforcing the supervisory role of discipline inspection and supervision organs,as well as improving laws and regulations,so as to promote and optimize the supervision of the village "Two Committees Members" and jointly create a clean and clear rural governance environment.
