Research On The Construction Of Social Credit System In Kunshan Public Security System

Credit issues are related to the image and status of individuals,and social credit issues are related to the progress and development of society.With the change of social production and the continuous development of Internet technology,there are various credit problems: various social contradictions are highlighted,dishonesty occurs frequently,and the social credit situation is very severe.The lack of social credit is pervasive in all aspects of social life,seriously affecting the healthy development of the national economy,corrupting the good social atmosphere,harming the interests of the country and the people,and improving our social credit system is imminent.In the process of building social credit system,the role of public security organs is very important.As a fighting force in the front line of the society,the public security team plays an important role in maintaining social security and stability and people’s living and working in peace and contentment.It is of far-reaching and positive significance for public security organs to promote the construction of social credit system.In recent years,the public security system in Kunshan has been focusing on serving the overall situation of economic development,giving full play to the role of public security functions and taking various effective measures comprehensively.It has made a very useful exploration and Reflection on the construction of social credit system in an all-round way,striving to create an atmosphere of honesty,trustworthiness,harmony and orderliness,and effectively maintaining it.The city’s economic security and social stability.However,in the process of building social credit system,Kunshan public security system is also facing many problems and unprecedented challenges.At present,there are few studies on social credit system from the perspective of public security management,and there is still a lack of systematic thinking in theory.Based on the current situation of China’s development and from the perspective of public security organs,this paper takes Kunshan public security system as an example to study the social credit system.By studying the achievements of public security departments in the construction of social credit system and some problems and shortcomings in current practice,this paper analyses the causes of these problems,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on these problems.This study shows that the construction of social credit system has a positive significance for the public security organs,and it has a supporting role for the public security organs to administer according to law and strictly enforce the law.At the same time,public security organs should also play an active role in the construction of social credit system.Public security organs should not only be the beneficiaries and participants of social credit system,but also the practitioners and promoters of social credit system.In recent years,Kunshan public security has achieved initial results in the construction of social credit system,and strives to create a good atmosphere of honesty and trustworthiness in the city.But through the satisfaction survey,we also found the problems of Kunshan public security in the social credit system,which are manifested in many aspects,such as government integrity,system construction,social linkage,education and guidance,etc.These problems have subjective and objective reasons.By learning from the three models of social credit system in North America,Europe and Japan,this paper draws lessons from the construction of social credit system in China,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of social credit system in Kunshan Public Security Bureau: by raising ideological awareness,enhancing government credibility,giving full play to functional advantages,and strengthening department linkage.We should expand information sharing,ensure information security,strengthen publicity and education,clarify joint incentive and punishment mechanisms,and ensure the smooth progress of the construction of social credit system of Kunshan public security system.
