Exclusive,Shared And More Shared

In the history of social security research,most scholars choose to study from the perspective of economics and politics.However,any social science research is inseparable from the perspective of culture,and social security as a new cross-discipline is no exception.This paper attempts to make a breakthrough on the basis of traditional research ideas,use culture as a new research perspective to explain the issues related to the evolution of welfare,return the study of welfare system to Chinese cultural tradition,and based on the uniqueness of Chinese culture,open a new theoretical perspective for the study of welfare system with Chinese characteristics.Based on Chinese culture,taking culture as the starting point,using literature research,historical research and interdisciplinary research methods,and from the point of view of the interaction between culture and welfare,this paper probes into the evolution process of Chinese welfare under the interaction between culture and welfare.this paper puts forward three forms of welfare evolution: exclusive welfare,shared welfare and more shared welfare,and sums up the logical mechanism of welfare evolution of "exclusive-shared-more shared".The first chapter of the paper describes the research background,research significance,research content and research ideas of this paper,analyzes in detail the current research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on related topics,and defines the research methods and technical routes used in the research.The main innovations of the research are pointed out.The second chapter mainly analyzes the connotation of culture and welfare and the internal driving effect of culture on welfare evolution,and puts forward the role of culture in giving birth,decision,restriction and inheritance to welfare.The third,fourth and fifth chapters focus on the three welfare evolution models of exclusive welfare,shared welfare and shared welfare,and analyze the cultural connotation and economic theory contained in them.The sixth chapter summarizes the logical mechanism of the welfare evolution of "exclusive-sharing-sharing",and looks forward to and analyzes its modern implication.Theseventh chapter is the conclusion,which puts forward the basic conclusions and shortcomings of this paper.This paper preliminarily constructs a new framework of welfare evolution history(exclusive--shared--more shared),and puts forward the enlightenment of welfare evolution to the construction of contemporary social security system from the perspective of culture: first,we should explore the welfare model with Chinese characteristics based on Chinese culture and values.Second,we should carry forward Chinese traditional culture and coruscate the new vitality of families in the process of social security.Third,change the concept of welfare security led by the government,and strengthen the role of society in welfare security;fourth,share the achievements of development,comprehensively improve the co-building capacity and sharing level of public services,and meet the needs of the people’s livelihood;fifth,build a community with a shared future for mankind.
