Research On Governance Of Social APP User Privacy Information Leakage

Based on the "Network Security Law",this study discusses the protection of privacy information of Internet users in my country based on the perspective of communication.The main research object of this article is mobile social APP users,which is cut from the perspective of the college student group,seeing the big from the small,leading to the problem of leakage of user privacy information with universal significance.This article selects five domestic mainstream social APPs such as We Chat,QQ,Baidu Tieba,Sina Weibo,and Zhihu as research objects.It integrates interdisciplinary theories such as journalism,management,law,and information science.Issues such as user privacy concerns and privacy disclosure behaviors.The article comprehensively uses various analysis methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,content analysis and mathematical statistics.Through the empirical research on the main types of social APP user privacy information leakage,problem performance and negative impact on users,it finds that user privacy protection exists.Questions,on this basis,from a problem-oriented perspective,elaborate the performance and types of user privacy information leakage.The study found that users have major problems in social APP usage habits,privacy policy reading,privacy concerns,and privacy disclosure behaviors.Therefore,the author deeply analyzes the causes of it from four aspects of market,media,technology and law,and then proposes three aspects of governance measures: subject governance,technology governance and cultural governance.In actual governance,affected by multiple factors such as government service information disclosure and national policy enforcement,users have to disclose privacy within certain services,and then transfer personal privacy control to enterprises,organizations,or institutions.Therefore,the party and the government need to strictly manage and control the data owners,and at the same time agree on the legal responsibilities of related parties,third parties,partners and other parties to prevent user information from being stolen and sold at will.All in all,the party and the government need to coordinate multi-departmental cooperation to manage privacy and security issues,and correctly handle the interests between the acquisition of citizen’s rights and interests and the protection of user privacy in the process of informatization.
