Supervision Detention Measure

The lien measures introduced in the "People’s Republic of China Supervision Law" is a new type of system to create design results,which has aroused many concerns and attention.The "Supervisory Law" stipulates and sets up the investigation measures from the national legislative level,and clearly stipulates its applicable conditions,use period,use procedures,and so on.And the removal of the two regulations(double regulations)into a retention measure solved the legal problems of the discipline inspection commission.In the first two and third parts,the paper discusses the conceptual characteristics of the retention measures,the comparison with the double regulations and the specific content of the retention measures,highlighting the importance and legitimacy of the retention measures,which is sufficient as the core link of illegal and duty crime cases.Connotation.The fourth and fifth parts are the focus and center of this thesis.They mainly discuss the problems in the implementation of the retention measures that I found and the suggestions for improvement.Including the application of perfected retention measures,strict scope,standardization of procedures,and improvement of the connection with criminal procedures.To maximize the effectiveness of the retention measures,we must carefully grasp the principle of its modesty and the bottom line,make full use of it,strictly implement the requirements of the supervision law,and accurately use the retention measures.
