Study On China’s Foreign Investment Information Reporting System

Foreign Investment Information Reporting System is a legal system that provides information support for the introduction of foreign investment and the subsequent supervision of foreign investment.The wave of economic globalization is unstoppable,and the economic exchanges between countries in the world are frequent.The door to meet foreign investment is more and more open.With the continuous introduction of foreign investment,the supervision of foreign investment is becoming more and more important.Foreign Investment Information Reporting System is an important way of foreign investment supervision introduced by the Foreign Investment Law of China.This system takes into account the convenience of foreign investment and provides information support for the follow-up supervision of foreign investment,and conforms to the foreign investment policy in the new era.The Foreign Investment Law of China has formally incorporated the foreign investment information reporting system into it,which has become one of the important means to ensure the supervision of foreign investment.Although the system has been formally incorporated into the legal provisions in China,its specific content is still imperfect,and there are many problems in the practical operation of the system,so it is necessary to think about the relevant problems and provide suggestions for improvement.There are three chapters in this paper,the main contents are as follows:The first chapter introduces the basic concept,theory and content of foreign investment information reporting system.Carefully analyzed the characteristics,legal basis,value,and institutional framework of the system,and clarified the object of this article.The second chapter mainly discusses the current situation and practical difficulties of foreign investment information reporting system in China.The first part introduces the practice and development of foreign investment information reporting system in order to clarify the reality of the system.At the same time,this part also introduces the positioning and legislative mode of the system in the legal system of foreign investment in China.The second part focuses on the analysis of the deficiencies of the current system in China,starting from the imperfections of the system itself and the prediction of the possible deficiencies of the system in the process of practical operation,so as to carry out a detailed discussion on these two aspects.The third chapter is mainly to carry on the content of the previous chapter,in view of the problems existing in the foreign investment information reporting system,put forward improvement measures.Based on the comparative analysis of the contents of the foreign investment information reporting system between China and some major countries,this paper discusses the content of the foreign investment information reporting system itself and the operation mechanism of the foreign investment information reporting system.
