Under The Vision Of Situational Prevention Theory Drug Trafficking Crime Generating Model Empirical Research

At present,the global drug situation is grim.As an important part of the international drug control struggle,China,especially Yunnan province,located on the southwest border of China,has a high incidence of drug trafficking crimes due to its proximity to the "Golden Triangle" region,the source of global drug trafficking.Yunnan province is an important transit route for international drug trafficking and a major disaster area for drug consumption.Although China has always attached great importance to punish drug crimes from the perspective of criminal justice by intensifying criminal crackdown,drug crimes in Yunnan province have not been effectively curbed from the perspective of actual changes in the situation.Situational crime prevention as a powerful complement to judicial prevention and social prevention,this article will drug crime prevention research focus to the impact factors of drug trafficking crime situation based on the analysis research,by offering practical crime prevention strategies to achieve effective intervention for trafficking crime situation factor control,to reduce the incidence of drug crime,drug trafficking crime situation.Under the guidance of situational prevention theory and from the perspective of influencing criminal behaviors,this paper collected and sorted out the drug-trafficking and transportation crimes uncovered by the public security organs in Yunnan Province during the decade from 2009 to 2018.Articles in nearly 10 years in Yunnan province,on the basis of the current situation of drug trafficking crime analysis environmental criminology,daily activity situation of prevention theory,rational choice theory and other related background theory,put forward four situational factors that affect drug trafficking crime appropriate target,the existence of the potential of staff,time and space blind area,social control errors affecting drug trafficking crime situation illustrates the reason of introducing crime the crime chemical reaction equations of the generated model,trying to build influence on the mode of drug trafficking crime generated,Finally,based on the empirical analysis and the situational prevention theory,some targeted prevention strategies for drug trafficking crimes are put forward.First of all,this paper defines the concepts of "drug crime","drug","hot spot area of crime","crime generation mode" and so on,and explains the research area,research method and source of sample data.From crime,crime subject,seized drugs,crime,blow investigation found in Yunnan province in five aspects such as drug trafficking crime has the following characteristics: a high incidence of crime cases aspects show the number of cases,sporadic is growing rapidly,outstanding bulk drug trafficking,drug trafficking case,drug trafficking syndicates periodically change time and space distribution shows obvious regularity;In terms of subjects of crime,drug-related subjects are mainly male,women with "two pregnancies" and minors participate significantly,the trend of youth is obvious,the regional characteristics of the origin of criminals are obvious,and the family and marriage status is unusually prominent.In terms of seized drugs,the number of seized drugs increased significantly and fluctuated according to the seasonal influence,the source of drugs was single,the main drug types were heroin and methamphetamine tablets,and synthetic drugs gradually became the main consumer market.In terms of the means of crime,drug trafficking is obvious through public transportation,drug trafficking is mainly by means of drug possession,and drug transportation is mainly by means of drug possession in the body.The crack down on drug trafficking is characterized by intelligence technology,the crack down on drug transportation relies on open investigation,and the main body of drug crime detection is grass-roots police stations.Secondly,combining with the characteristics of drug trafficking crime in Yunnan province,this paper embarks from the specific situation of the study drug trafficking crime factors,how to use the theory of crime generation patterns of crime chemical reaction equations namely "germy individuals" and "factor" to sin crime motive,is the motive of "germy individuals" in the "catalyst" under the catalysis "chemical reaction" to build the situational factors affecting drug trafficking crime generated interaction mechanism between the way.Finally,based on the five strategies in the situational prevention theory of increasing the difficulty of crime,increasing the risk of crime,reducing the proceeds of crime,reducing the incentive of crime,and eliminating the excuse of crime,this paper proposes the specific means applicable to the situational prevention of drug trafficking crime in Yunnan Province,which has enriched the implementation path of drug trafficking crime governance in the region.
