Patriotism,the most important spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation,has always been the main theme of national development,national rejuvenation and social progress.Since the eighteen great occasions,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made an important speech on the spirit of promoting patriotism many times.He pointed out that patriotism is the core of China’s national spirit.We should focus on the theme of patriotism,emphasize the lesson of patriotism,and integrate patriotic feelings into the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation in the new era of socialism.At the same time,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the rule of law.In order to deepen the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,it puts forward a series of new ideas and new strategies for comprehensively managing the country according to law.In addition,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China decided to establish a leading group of the central government to comprehensively govern the country according to law,strengthen the unified leadership of the construction of China under the rule of law,and deepen the practice of governing the country according to law.To carry forward patriotism,on the one hand,we must have a basic education that has a solid foundation and a heart-to-heart soul,and it also needs to strengthen the construction of relevant systems and legal systems.We regard patriotism as an organism composed of emotions,thoughts,and codes of conduct.It is a moral mechanism capable of coordinating the relationship between the ego and the ego.It is a political principle and legal norm that must be observed.It is also the eternal core of the national spirit.Considering the rule of law as an ideal way of national governance and social supervision,and embodying the demands of the era of patriotism in the legal system,it is inevitable that the rule of law practice is needed to guarantee it.As we all know,in a rational society and a country ruled by law,the existence of a legal order is the most important.If a nation does not have a sense of patriotic law and order,it will easily evolve into emotions,leaving people with a lack of legal security.~1In the context of building a socialist modern state ruled by law,patriotism needs to be reflected as a rational act that effectively safeguards national interests under the legal framework.Therefore,the rule of law is the best guarantee of patriotism.Researching patriotism based on the guarantee of the rule of law has not only its important theoretical significance,but also its urgent value of the times.This paper takes the research on the legal guarantee of patriotism as the topic,and carefully combs and studies the current legal construction and guarantee of patriotism in China,and actively explores the countermeasures to strengthen the legal guarantee of patriotism.
