Study On The Political Leadership Of The Communist Party Of China

The CPC is the core of leadership for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The fourth plenary session of the party’s 19 th through "the central committee of the communist party of China about adhere to and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics to promote national management system and management ability of modern certain major issue decision"(hereinafter referred to as the "decision")pointed out that "strengthening the party to adhere to and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,promoting the modernization of national management system and management ability of leadership",for enhancing the party’s political leadership put forward the higher request.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,focusing on the current domestic and foreign academic research on political leadership and political leadership of the Communist Party of China.The second part expounds the understanding of the Political leadership of the Communist Party of China,focusing on the analysis of the basic connotation,constituent elements and basic characteristics of political leadership,and analyzes the concept of the political leadership of the Communist Party of China from multiple dimensions and levels.The third part elaborated the Chinese Communist Party strengthens the political leadership the basic experience.The fourth part is about the challenges to strengthen the political leadership in the new era,including the challenges of some wrong ideas,the bad atmosphere within the party,the decline of social recognition,and the challenge of being divorced from the people.These are all problems that our Party urgently needs to solve.The fifth part is the specific way to strengthen the political leadership of the communist party of China,in view of the challenges,our party shall,from the aspects of politics,party discipline,people centered on the key breakthrough,combined with the 19 th the fourth plenary session of the spirit,set up a corresponding system,to ensure the party’s political leadership normalized and institutionalized,the corresponding system into efficiency advantages.
