Research On The Political Party Culture Outlook Of The Third-generation Leadership Of The Chinese Communist Party

We all know that the culture of a party is a significant way to research and study the question of the political party. Studying the culture outlook of the third-generation leaders of the Chinese Communist Party, will help to constantly sum up the latest theoretical results of the construction of the political party with the attitude of keeping pace with the times, will enable to form the relatively systematic theory of the party building, so that it will provide a theoretical guide for the self-construction of the Chinese Communist Party. But it is unfortunately that the research about this reign has not been involved. Therefore, this article aims to make a deep research on the culture outlook of the third-generation leaders of the Communist Party of China.⑴Giving a defination on the concept of the culture of a party creatively from the sides of the nature of the culture of a party and the essence of the culture. On this basis, theoretically definiting and systematically building the culture of a party outlook of the third-generation leadership of the Chinese Communist Party.⑵Emphasizing on the study of the systematically construction of the culture of a party outlook of the third-generation leadership of the Chinese Communist Party.⑶Using the methods of the qualitative analysis, documentary research and experience summation, and finishing the collation and summary of the culture of a party outlook of the third-generation leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, and scientific, systematic and creativity generalize the definition, system construction, basic characteristics and important significance of it.China has entered a new period of reform and opening up. At this stage only by firmly adhering to the principle of keeping up with the times and constantly enhance the combination of Marxism and the practice for the theoretical construction of the party, can the cause of the Chinese Communist Party and the cause of the socialism with Chinese characteristics be ensured to flourish forever. Based on that, this article tries to make an intensive and meticulous study on the political culture which Chinese Communist Party in the new phase and the new era specially has, and on the systematically construction of the culture of a party outlook of the third-generation leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. This article also tries to point out the direction for the constructions of the Chinese Communist Party and the socialism with Chinese characteristics,and to provide a theoretical support.
