The intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is a symbol of the ethnic culture of our ethnic minorities. The demise of the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is equivalent to the disappearance of the spiritual carrier of the ethnic minorities. In itself,it is an important task that requires our long-term practice. At the end of the twentieth century,in order to protect the ethnic culture of its ethnic group, countries around the world have launched active ethnic cultural protection activities. The use of legal means to protect the intangible cultural heritage of different ethnic groups has become the most common means in the world. The ancient country with a thousand years of history needs to attach more importance to the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities. This article hopes to explore the protection of China’s ethnic minority intangible cultural heritage from the aspect of the protection of China’s administrative law, find the crux of the problem, and propose countermeasures in order to better achieve the inheritance and development of ethnic minority cultural heritage.Attaching importance to the administrative law protection of the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities in China is essentially emphasizing the protection and development of cultural diversity in China. At present, the non-heritage projects of ethnic minorities in China are facing the threat of extinction year by year. The intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is also an important spiritual and cultural carrier for the people of various ethnic regions in our country. The non-heritage project has played an active role in countering foreign cultural invasions and has become an important cultural shield for people of ethnic minorities across China. However,at present, there are still many practical problems in the administrative law protection of ethnic minority non-heritage in China. Therefore,it is urgent to analyze and improve the protection of ethnic minority administrative law. This article takes the Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Hubei Province as an example for analysis. The Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture has a rich minority intangible cultural heritage. In the process of actively developing and using the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities, the government also attaches great importance to the use of legal weapons to protect minority non-heritage projects in the state. However, the current legislation still has many urgent needs to be improved, which still has many obstacles to inherit and develop the minority non-heritage projects in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture. This article will discuss the protection of the non-heritage administrative law of ethnic minorities.By exploring the concept definition and protection significance of the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities,it will explain the necessity of protecting our ethnic non-heritage non-heritage projects. The analysis of the status of the protection of the autonomous prefecture found problems such as incomplete administrative protection measures and lack of administrative remedies, and then proposed suggestions for improving the protection of China ’s minority non-heritage administrative law, including improving minority non-heritage projects Aspects of improving the administrative declaration system and administrative relief.
