| At present, computer and telecommunications technologies cover almost all fields of society. These technologies serve the public, but at the same time they also trigger a new type of crime-cybercrime,which has developed into a world-class problem. In order to find a scientific method to solve this problem,we must first visualize it:identifying the main criminal objects and determining the main nature of the crime.Under the trend of economic globalization,Russia’s status in the world has been continuously improved, and it has gradually been in line with the international standards in law.It has also self-improved in the country, and has specifically regulated cybercrime with the focus of the Criminal Law of the Russian Federation. However,it should also be noted that the construction of criminal laws and regulations on cybercrime in Russia is relatively late, and many legislative contents are currently unable to meet the development and changes of cybercrime. In this field, the legislation of China and Western developed countries is more advanced,so the purpose of this article is to analyze Russia ’s current cybercrime laws and regulations, and refer to the systems of other countries to better adapt to the needs of cybercrime in the information age. This paper focuses on the legal framework for combating cybercrime in the Russian Federation. At present, there are 17 articles in the Russian Federation to combat cybercrime.Among them, according to these federal laws related to cybercrime, cybercrime can be classified from five perspectives, including the five aspects of network information circulation, information equipment management, legal information protection, information rights and obligations, and economic information. In order to conduct more targeted research on the current Russian cybercrime legislation, the second chapter of this article analyzes the problems of the Russian cybercrime criminal regulations in detail, including the unreasonable penal system, the lack of the criminal system, and the criminal subjects and supporting systems. In the third chapter,by studying cybercrime in the world and Russia, the current international sources of cybercrime threat sources and crime classifications are introduced, and a certain understanding of the international regulation of cybercrime is obtained. Finally, after studying the current cybercrime legislation and international experience in Russia, this article puts forward five suggestions for the Russian cybercrime regulations:the establishment of a cybercrime legal system, the improvement of criminal subject regulations, the improvement of criminal penalty regulations, and clear Relevant technical rules and strengthen global cooperation. |
