The Research On Medium And Small Investors Protection In China’s Stock Market

Since China’s stock market started late,the legislation is relatively weak.With the development of the stock market and reform unceasingly,the deep-seated problems existing in the stock market,investor protection issues in China stock market encountered many difficulties in practice,always can’t solve.The paper mainly analyzes and researches from the following four parts:The first part,introduced the basic situation such as the concept and characteristics,and the necessity and practical significance of protecting the rights of medium and small investors.The second part,explains some typical behaviors why medium and small investors always be violated.The third part,The third part,through the study of the experiences and practices of foreign countries,combined with the actual situation of China’s stock market,and then puts forward experiences that are worth learning and reference.The fourth part,it mainly puts forward suggestions from other related mechanisms such as improving the legislative system,strengthening the regulatory system,and strengthening corporate governance to provide effective protection for medium and small investors in China.
