The degree of aging in our country is deepening.Many provinces across the country are aging,and some provinces have reached "deep aging".As a result,the quantity and quality of demand for long-term care services continues to increase.The government promotes the "socialization" of long-term care services by purchasing them and supporting their participation in the activities of social forces in order to adapt to the new situation of long-term care services,and has established a "home-based,community-based,institution-based supplement,and medical care integration.Multi-level elderly care service system".However,there are also shortages of resources for elderly care in the central city area,and there are problems such as separation of facilities,homes,and community elderly care.Integrated Iderly Care integrates community care facilities for the elderly and integrates community care resources for the elderly.This is a new way to alleviate old age problems.As an emerging model,the research on the embedded pension model is still insufficient,and the operational logic and practical issues of the model still need to be sorted out,which is undoubtedly important for the development and promotion of the new model.Based on the above thinking,the article focuses on the research topic of"Embedded Aged Care Model Research",and analyzes the connotation,theoretical basis,realistic motivation and development context of embedded Aged Care in detail.From a theoretical point of view,the "social embedded theory","new public service theory" and"welfare pluralism theory" all provide support for the development of embedded pension.From a practical point of view,there is a practical motivation for developing an integrated pension model.The original model of long-term care delivery failed,replacing the current supply and demand of long-term care services.Embedded pension has obvious advantages.Therefore,the country has gradually paid attention to the promotion of embedded pension models,and various regions have responded actively,the new pension model has been greatly developed nationwide.Taking Qingdao as an example,this article will conduct a detailed study of the integrated pension model and analyze its practice in Qingdao through case analysis and interview methods.Qingdao has a high degree of aging and has a good socialized pension,which has accelerated the promotion of Qingdao’s embedded pension model from both internal and external factors.The article analyzes two representative community cases in Qingdao,and finds that Qingdao’s embedded pension has realized the development from "preliminary exploration" to "promotion and development",and establish an embedded elderly care model based on the secondary service system of"home service center-community service station",The embedded pension model based on the service system shows the characteristics of government-driven social organizations participating in operations,gradual integration and absorption of existing social resources,and smart pension promoting refined services.The article analyzes the operating logic of embedded pensions from policy embedding,relationship embedding,structure embedding,and resource embedding.It is undeniable that due to the short development time,the embedded pension model also has some problems.For example,the government management and supervision system need to be improved,the integration of pension resources still needs to be strengthened,the risk control of pension institutions is still relatively weak,and the support of human resources is weak.To better promote integrated pensions,the article ultimately suggests ways to optimize integrated pensions.This article improves the political system of pension services,strengthens government management and oversight responsibility,strengthens the integration of pension services resources,builds a comprehensive pension service framework,and provides to pension institutions.We believe we need to strengthen our financial support and strengthen our risk management and management.Raise awareness,increase employee grants and attract professional attention in the field of pensions.Starting with talent and other aspects,we will make the integrated pension model a true breakthrough and solve the problem of providing long-term care services to the elderly.
