In the long-term development of time-honored brands,they have formed products,services and exquisite workmanship handed down from generation to generation,accumulated profound Chinese culture and good reputation,and are human witnesses of urban development.According to the Ministry of Commerce,at the beginning of the founding ceremony of the People’s Republic of China there were about 16,000 China Time-honored Brand in China,covering food and beverage,food,brewing,medicine,clothing,daily necessities and so on,which were closely related to people’s lives,China Time-honored Brand has been reduced to more than 1,600,after that,with the economic development,social progress,the opening of the market,more time-honored development of the bottleneck,or even on the verge of bankruptcy,or gradually disappeared.The reason is that the local government can not give full play to its function in the process of the development of time-honored brands.Only by paying attention to the implementation of relevant policies and strengthening the supervision in the process of policy implementation,local governments can better promote the inheritance and development of established enterprises.Based on the study of the role of the government in the development of Dezhou’s time-honored brands,this paper aims to understand the main research directions in the related fields at home and abroad by studying the works and papers of domestic and foreign scholars on the related research of the time-honored brands,this paper mainly draws on the relevant theoretical research results of foreign scholars on the impact of enterprise brand and government on brand,the protection system of intellectual property rights,etc.,drawing on the theoretical research results of domestic scholars on the impact of government behavior on the development of time-honored brands,guided by the theories of government intervention and market failure,government market and social co-governance,by sorting out interview materials and Internet search materials,this paper sums up the characteristics of the development of long-established brands in Dezhou,analyzes the role of the government in promoting the development of long-established enterprises in Dezhou at present and the existing problems,and probes into the causes of formation,it is found that there are some problems such as weak pertinence of policy,insufficient guidance,insufficient protection of time-honored brands,low efficiency of public service and so on The protection system is not perfect and the public service system is not perfect.Finally,according to the suggestions of the interviewees,especially the suggestions and demands of the enterprises,combined with the typical experience of the local governments in China,the paper puts forward the suggestions of perfecting top-level design and precise policy-making,perfecting laws and regulations,perfecting the protection system,perfecting the service system,improve the service efficiency of the three recommendations,I hope that the local government to promote the development of time-honored enterprises to provide some feasible help.
