of security in daily life,and also an important guarantee for the sustainable and stable development of social economy.The research on the spatiotemporal differentiation law and influencing factors of crime in deep poverty-stricken areas can promote the objective cognition of the spatiotemporal distribution law of crime in poverty-stricken mountainous areas,promote the depth of application of GIS technology in domestic crime problems,test the effect of precision poverty alleviation,and promote the harmonious and stable development of poverty-stricken mountainous areas.This study takes the minority mountainous area in Liangshan,Sichuan Province,the Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Liangshan as the research area,and takes the suspect of special cases such as property invasion,violence,gambling and drug trafficking gun in recent years as the research object.The research aims to explore the spatial-temporal differentiation and risk of Liangshan’s crime by taking the characteristics and risk factors of criminal behavior as the research objective.The study of the factors.This topic will first analyze the behavior preference law of criminals according to the basic information of criminals;secondly,analyze the spatiotemporal differentiation characteristics of crimes,obtain the relevant information of criminals and crime locations in Liangshan Prefecture by using the judicial document network,geospatial data cloud and other channels,and then analyze the time distribution characteristics and spatial differentiation characteristics of crimes in Liangshan Prefecture from the perspective of precision poverty alleviation Finally,according to the unique environment of Liangshan Prefecture,the index system of crime occurrence is constructed,and the factors of crime occurrence are discussed.The main conclusions are as follows(1)Among the suspects involved,the gender and age composition of the suspects involved in violent and property infringement cases are similar,mainly middle-aged men about 30 years old,and the education level of the suspects involved in all kinds of cases is generally low,among which the younger age of the suspects involved in violent cases is more obvious,and the suspects involved in special cases such as yellow gambling,drug abuse and guns show high crime rate and aging except for women The suspect suspect sources in Xichang and Huili County are rather complicated.The suspects in Zhaojue,Bu,Xide,Yanyuan,Jinyang,Ningnan,Leibo and other counties tend to go out to commit crimes,to a certain extent,related to the economic development level of counties and cities.(2)In Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,there are obvious spatial differentiation characteristics of special cases such as property invasion,violence,gambling and drug abuse.All kinds of cases are different on the scale of date,day,week and time.Property invasion cases mainly occur in autumn and winter,early month,Wednesday,Friday and early morning every year;violence cases mainly occur in winter and spring,Monday,Thursday and night every year Special cases such as drug gambling guns mainly occur in spring and autumn,Tuesdays and daytime every year.(3)Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture has obvious spatial differentiation characteristics of special cases such as property invasion,violence,gambling and drug abuse.The villages and towns in the Anning River Valley,especially the villages and towns where the counties and cities are located,are typical high concentration areas of violent cases,property invasion cases,gambling and drug abuse guns and other special cases;Muli and Yanyuan counties in the west of the river valley are various types of cases In the east of the valley,the situation is more complex: there are obvious high-risk areas of violent cases near Jinyang,Meigu,Butuo and Xide counties;there are obvious high-risk areas of property invasion near Leibo,Yuexi and Butuo counties;there are obvious high-risk areas of property invasion near Ganluo,Yuexi and Butuo counties Special cases such as yellow gambling,drug gun and so on in tuosan county are typical areas with high number of crimes.(4)The special cases of property invasion,violence,pornography,gambling and drug abuse in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture have obvious temporal and spatial evolution characteristics: from 2013 to 2019,the temporal and spatial evolution patterns of violent cases and property invasion cases have obvious hot spots distribution,Xichang City has a big contrast with surrounding counties,and the main urban area and surrounding towns have obvious hot spots distribution,which is affected by the national policy In the early stage,the number of cases in Butuo,Jinyang,Dechang,Ganluo and Huili counties,which were rampant,showed an obvious downward trend.(5)The environmental factors are closely related to the spatial differentiation of crime cases in the Tuo county.In all environmental factors,the proportion of ethnic minorities,the distance from the provincial boundaries,the distance from the county,the incidence of poverty,the area of construction land,the DN value of night lights,the slope,the length of the village roads,the density of infrastructure and the number of registered residence offenders have a stronger explanation for the location of the cases.Moreover,different influencing factors interact with each other and enhance synergistically,which has higher explanatory power than single factor. |
