| In recent years,the ever-increasing trend of aging population and strong economic growth have brought new opportunities for the development of the senior care industry in Zhengzhou.However,the public senior care institutions under the existing social welfare system cannot meet the needs of the senior for high-quality,diversified and personalized senior care services in terms of service types and service supply capabilities.In this context,private senior care institutions have emerged and rose rapidly,playing an indispensable role under a strong market-driven role.However,with its rapid development,its management difficulties,personnel problems and poor revenue status have become the bottleneck problems restricting its healthy and sustainable development.This paper takes private non-profit senior care institutions as the research object and WQ Senior Care Group as an example.First,it introduces the background and significance of this paper,and confirms the research ideas and methods;secondly,it accurately analyzes its internal and external environmental factors through field research and in-depth interviews with relevant personnel,and fully introduces its current development status and problem by applying the environmental analysis tools;then it analyzes the causes from three aspects:management efficiency,personnel and profitability;finally,it determines the corresponding development strategies through the analysis of the causes.That is,through the establishment of the integrated smart senior care service system and WQ professional training system for senior care services,a vertical ecosystem of full-cycle senior care service that integrates six-aid life services such as high-frequency catering,medium-frequency medical services,and low-frequency institutional senior care services is created.While solving the current development bottlenecks of WQ Senior Care Group,this paper also provides corresponding theoretical and practical references for the development of other private senior care institutions.Through the research and relevant empirical analysis of this paper,the following conclusion can be drawn.The implementation of the development tactics of WQ Senior Care Group will help improve the company’s operating conditions,expand its scale,and comprehensively enhance its brand influence.Therefore,the author believes that the above countermeasures meet the actual development needs of WQ Senior Care Group and can guarantee its healthy and sustainable development. |
