The Research On Smart Senior Care Service Platform In Tianjin

In recent years,with the rapid growth of the aging population in China,the problem of care for disabled and senior people has become increasingly prominent,and the demand for the senior care service has shown a rapid growth trend,which has become one of the most serious challenges brought by aging.Due to the constraints of time and space,the traditional way of providing for the elderly has been difficult to meet the growing needs of life care and medical care for the senior in China.With the further development and maturity of the "Internet+"technology revolution in China,the smart senior care service can use modern technology to achieve effective allocation of social endowment resources and the needs of the senior.This new pension mode is an inevitable choice to solve the problem of shortage of elderly service resources,low quality and low efficiency in the context of China's aging population.This paper reviews the current situation of smart senior care service at home and abroad by using the method of literature research,and summarizes the relevant theoretical basis and concepts.According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this paper analyses the needs of the elderly's old-age service in China.Through a questionnaire survey and interviews with a street service object and service personnel in Tianjin,we find that there are five problems in the smart senior care service platform:backward information means,imperfect system of service platform construction and operation,lack of service personnel and low degree of specialization,and neglect the spiritual needs of the elderly.Through in-depth investigation and analysis,it is found that the main causes of the above problems are the weak ability of platform independent innovation,inadequate policy support,low salary and treatment of service personnel,imperfect training mechanism for professionals,and insufficient awareness of spiritual care for the elderly.In order to solve the above problems,we should ensure that the smart senior care service platform should play its due role,and put forward the application of "Internet+" technology.The government vigorously supports the smart senior care service platform at the policy level,widens the channels for introducing talents,improves the training system for the senior service personnel,establishes and improves the performance management mechanism for the senior service staff,and establishes the full support and stimulation for the senior service staff.Encouraging mechanism,countermeasures and suggestions for developing spiritual consolation services for the senior.
