In the current world under the situation of economic globalization,with the prosperity and development of our country’s economy,all kinds of criminal activities of market economy continuously with new look,new methods,illegal,irregularities in the financial sector is outstanding,especially a series of crimes such as money laundering and terrorist financing,tax related activities,not only a serious threat to a country’s overall economic,political,and social progress,also in different extent influence to the legitimate rights and interests of the people.Money laundering not only widely exists in the coastal areas and has a high level of economic development of the city,more quickly in the vast inland regions,remote areas and regulation is not strictly,the anti-money laundering consciousness relatively weak area,increasingly showing a high frequency,wide coverage,multiple kinds of situation,anti-money laundering work overall situation even more severe.The identification of customers is the first line of defense for the prevention of anti-money laundering risk,and it is also the core anti-money laundering obligation that commercial banks should fulfill.A sound customer identification system can not only vigorously contain and prevent money laundering crimes,but also play a positive role in money laundering risk prevention and various business management of commercial banks.However,China’s anti-money laundering started late,and there are still some problems in the identification of commercial bank customers,which need to be further improved.C,the rural commercial bank studied in this paper,is committed to enriching farmers,promoting the growth of micro-enterprises,and actively serving the community,striving to build a boutique bank and high-quality service bank.However,compared with state-owned commercial banks,they have disadvantages such as relatively late establishment,small regional coverage scale,less stable and high-quality customers,and higher operational risks.This article through analyzes rural commercial bank anti-money laundering C customer’s identity management system structure,internal control system,work flow,system construction,auditing,inspection,training,promotion of the status quo,analysis of the existing problems and reasons,put forward optimization scheme and safeguard measures,designed to draw lessons from the advanced client identification management experience,the construction conform to their own development needs,effective anti money laundering client identification management system,make its client identification management level is more conform to the requirements of the anti-money laundering regulations,system to carry out the standardization,the risk control of fully.
