“Continuously improving the quality of the party construction”is a new requirement and task entrusted to the party by the new era,and a positive response to the “new great project” of the party construction.The work of the Party School has always been an important guarantee for the improvement of the quality of party construction,and it is of great significance to do a good job of the Party School work under the new situation.On the one hand,the Party School continuously trains and transports talents for enterprises and institutions,and provides cadre foundation for improving the party’s ruling ability and level;On the other hand,the Party School provides scientific research support for the development of the party and plays a positive role in promoting the quality construction of the party.It is the fundamental principle of the Party School to adhere to the “surname of the party”and the important tenet of the Party School to “speak politics with scholarship”.The nature and characteristics of the Party School determine the role and function of the Party School in China’s political process.As the basic work of the Party School,scientific research is the key and soul of“stressing politics with scholarship”.By absorbing and referring to the existing theoretical achievements of the academic circles,from the perspective of the quality of party construction,combined with the actual situation of their own work,the author takes the path of improving the scientific research level of Party School teachers as the research object,explores the current situation and existing problems of the scientific research level of Party School teachers under the background of the quality of party construction,and deeply analyzes the reasons for the problems,In order to promote the scientific research level of Party School teachers,promote the scientific research achievements into the classroom,and give full play to the leading role of the Party School.First of all,this paper explains the concepts of party,party construction and party construction quality,and systematically analyzes the theoretical resources such as party development theory and political socialization theory that support the analysis of this paper.Secondly,with detailed and reliable data,the paper analyzes the current situation of scientific research level of teachers in Party School of J Province from four aspects of project achievements,paper achievements,works achievements and consulting report achievements.Thirdly,the paper comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the scientific research level of teachers in the Party School of J Province,and deeply analyzes the reasons for the problems.Finally,from the perspective of the quality of party construction,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the scientific research level of teachers in the Party School of J province.Based on the theory of political parties in political science,this paper takes the Party School of J provincial Party committee as a case,analyzes the path to improve the scientific research level of Party School teachers based on the scientific research achievements from 2012 to 2020,hoping to expand the vision of the research results on the quality of party construction and make suggestions for the high-quality development of the party.
