The county-level party school is a political school for the party leadership to train the party’s grass-roots leading cadres,an important department of the grass-roots party committee,a main channel for training the party’s grass-roots leading cadres,and an important position for studying and publicizing the party’s ideology and theory.As the specific executor of training the grass-roots leading cadres of the Party and publicizing the Party’s ideological and theoretical policies,the enthusiasm of the teachers in the county-level party schools directly affects the improvement of the ability and quality of the grass-roots leading cadres,and indirectly affects the development of the local economy and society at the grass-roots level and the stability of the grass-roots political power.In the new era,in the context of rural revitalization,we have put forward effective incentive strategies for teachers in county level party schools,stimulated the enthusiasm of existing teachers in county level party schools,and attracted more outstanding talents to take root in the work of county level party schools.This is not only conducive to improving the level of grass-roots governance,but also the basis and guarantee for the modernization of China’s governance system and governance capacity.This paper takes the teachers of the Party School of Kang County Party Committee in Longnan City,Gansu Province as an example,analyzes the current situation of the incentive strategies for the teachers of the Party School of Kang County Party Committee,and makes an exploratory study of the incentive strategies for the teachers of the Party School at the county level in the new era.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which clarifies the background of the topic and the significance of the research,and carries out a summary of foreign and domestic research to sort out the research ideas.The second part defines the main concepts of Party school teachers and incentive strategies,and introduces the hierarchy of needs theory,achievement needs theory,and goal setting theory to explain the necessity of incentive for Party school teachers.The third part analyzes and combs the current situation of incentive strategies for teachers in the Party School of Kang County Committee of Longnan City.The fourth part summarizes and combs the problems existing in the incentive strategy of teachers in the Party School of Kang County Party Committee through the form of investigation,interview and questionnaire.The main problems are that the material incentive is not strong enough,the form of spiritual incentive is single,the effect of promotion incentive is not strong,the role of assessment incentive is not in place,the learning and training incentive is not perfect,and the negative incentive is not used enough.From the deviation of cognitive concept,the constraints of reality The absence of supporting system is analyzed from three aspects.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the incentive of teachers in the county-level party school.First,we should attach great importance to the development of the county-level party school.second,we should establish a scientific and effective incentive system.third,we should scientifically plan the professional development of teachers in the county-level party school.and fourth,we should focus on optimizing the working environment of teachers in the county-level party school.It is hoped that through the study of the incentive strategies of the teachers in the Party School of Kang County Party Committee,some ideas can be provided for the study of the incentive problems of the teachers in the Party School at the county level.
