present,China is imminent in its new historical position and how to go out of the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought once again made clear the direction of the development of rule of law in China in the fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.At present,we must fully implement the "fourteenth five year plan",build a more long-term development strategy of the rule of law,establish and improve the rule of law system based on the needs of economic and social development in the new era,and refine the work of legislation,law enforcement,justice and law-abiding.In the new era,Xi Jinping made a comprehensive arrangement for deepening the rule of law based on the development practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and put forward a new guiding ideology on the road of China’s socialist rule of law.In the new era,Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought has become the latest theoretical achievement of Marx doctrine in China China.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the study of Xi Jinping’s rule of law in the new era at home and abroad,we dig deep into the characteristics of Xi Jinping’s rule of law in the new era,focusing on it.Based on the analysis of the foundation of Xi Jinping’s rule of law in the new era,this paper finds out the background of the formation of the thought.Based on the main contents of Xi Jinping’s rule of law in the new era,it deeply explores the characteristics of the thought,and discusses the times value of Xi Jinping’s rule of law in the new era from the perspective of theory and practice.Therefore,this article mainly analyzes Xi Jinping’s rule of law in the new era from four aspects.Value.The first part explores the basis of Xi Jinping’s
