The Research On The Construction Of Organizational Resources Of The Communist Party Of Brazil

Organizational resources refer to the sum of the effective factors controlled or owned by an organization,which is also the functional system influenced by various organizational elements.The organizational resources of a political party refer to the political resources that the party can rely on.Perfect organizational system and advanced organizational resources are conducive to promoting the development of political parties and ensuring the stable operation of the society.The Communist Party of Brazil(CCP),which had experienced the drastic changes of the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe,successfully realized the transformation from stock resources to incremental resources in the actual political participation process,and constructed a logical system of organizational resources construction corresponding to itself.Its unique experience in organizational resources construction is worth analyzing and drawing on.Therefore,this article combed the organizational resources,the research of the construction of the schools to jump out the discipline of sociology and economics thinking,the concept of the resource as a clue,in virtue of a political party construction research field,trying to sketch the outline a wide range of party organization resources construction perspective:ideology,organization structure,the social base and strategic strategy.According to Brazil’s communist party organization resources construction case,the development of the communist party in Brazil to organizational resources to conduct a comprehensive investigation,based on the analysis of the structure,from a number of organizational resources can be derived from the analysis of variable three key KPI resources:ideology,organization system and leading cadres,apply it to the dynamic analysis in the process.On the basis of clarifying the process of organizational resource construction of the PCdoB from 1985 to 2020,three analytical variables are used in Chapter 2 and Chapter 4 to analyze and explain the periodic practices and characteristics of organizational resource construction of the PCdoB in the period of reform breakthrough,rapid development and stable development.The combination of the three variables shows the construction of organizational resources of the party in this period,which not only provides the static structure of the construction of organizational resources,but also better tracks the dynamic operation of the construction of organizational resources of the Communist Party of Brazil.The research on organizational resource construction discussed in this paper is based on the static analysis of organizational resources,based on the stock resources of organizational resources,select static variables,apply them to the dynamic analysis process,and learn from their successful experience,so as to obtain a set of framework with reference significance.
